The hotel staff were very friendly, and some could speak English. My hotel room was super clean, including the carpets, linen, and bathroom. In the morning, breakfast was buffet, and there were many choices. The hotel is located in a clean, quiet part of Wuxi City. I also liked the small but well equipped fitness room and the self-service laundry room.

This stay was a great experience! The hotel has an elegant environment, clean and tidy rooms, complete facilities, and the AY service staff is warm and thoughtful. They also gave me a souvenir when I checked out, which was very thoughtful and made me feel at home. I will choose this hotel again next time!

Because the queue for cherry blossom viewing was longer than expected and we also watched the night cherry blossoms, we stayed in Wuxi for two more days and renewed our reservation at this hotel. The superior room is a little more expensive than the comfort room. One faces south and the other faces north. The south is indeed drier and warmer! Every hotel staff is very enthusiastic, making people feel very comfortable and the environment is great. The most important thing is that it is clean and hygienic! This price is really worth staying in this hotel! I will definitely come again next time I have a chance

Hampton by Hilton is great! The room is clean and tidy with complete facilities. The service staff is warm and thoughtful. The location is convenient and the price is high. I will come again next time. Highly recommended! A souvenir was given when I checked out, which is very thoughtful.

Parking is convenient, check-in is fast, the room is comfortable, the environment is good, the room is clean, my baby especially likes the hotel's robot service. I called many times and the service staff also patiently arranged the delivery. Both children like it very much and are very satisfied. I will stay there again next time!
