We stayed here for 12 nights in August. We really liked the hotel but there are a few niggles which let the resort down slightly. The lazy river tiles were missing in a number of areas and just covered by mats. The piazza area is run down with multiple units empty and only 2 restaurants which is a shame as could be a great area especially for people self catering! Anyway the positives: great size rooms; amazing air con; nice setting; close to the beach and a couple of mini markets; plenty of loungers and lots of nice restaurants close by. We would stay here again but it just needs a little tlc!

What an amazing holiday we had once again!! This hotel has everything you need for a wonderful family holiday! The rooms are huge & perfect for families with children, the set up of the village with pastel colours & gardens is so lovely! Nice little kitchen & fridge in the rooms, great size terrace too! The pool is amazing!! Huge! Great swim up bar with such hard working staff!! Lots of sunbeds and great entertainment for all the family! Cocktails are tasty .. lunch menu was great, lovely choice & very reasonably priced too!! Good choice at breakfast also! Staff here were so helpful, so polite & couldn't do enough for us as a family!! Zoe - front office manager was incredible as always, she goes above & beyond all day everyday!! We will definitely return again.. it’s our happy place.. It's in such a great location too, so many restaurants around & a gorgeous walk to the harbour & the sunsets are glorious! Don't hesitate to book this hotel for a wonderful family holiday in the sunshine!

Fantastic place to stay, lovely staff, great pool and very very clean, we cant wait to go back . It very relaxed and you get to use the sister hotel as well which is a 2 min walk away, this also has a swim up bar and a deep pool. the entertainment team are also brilliant.

We had a great holiday here. Our accommodation was spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed the warm swimming pool which whilst busy was fun and safe. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was a short walk to the sea (about 8mins) and there was plenty of water sports if you like that. Pathos is about a 20/25 min walk along the seafront. Great overall holiday and we will be very happy to return again.

We have stayed at this hotel since 2018 - apart from one year due to COVID. We have done self catering and B&B, our preference is self catering and the apartment has everything you need . The year we did B&B good selection of breakfast food. Towels and bedding changed regularly. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. Location is perfect easy walk to Paphos harbour approx 20 mins on the boardwalk, if you don't fancy walking the hotel is on the main bus route, also a good size car park at the hotel for residents to use

We visited last year and enjoyed it so much we booked to go again. Lovely and clean. Pool quiet cold but to be expected as it was October. Rooms are dated but comfortable. Great location to the Fiesta bar, shops and restaurants. First time I have booked to go the same place we enjoyed it so much and can't wait to go back this October. Paphos is gorgeous 🌴

Excellent hotel with marvellous staff who do so much to ensure you have a fantastic holiday. We're going again this year! The location is perfect for discovering the wonders of Paphos from historical sites to the modern Kings Mall. The beach is just a short walk away - perfect holiday for young and old.

Avanti Holiday Village is the perfect spot for a family holiday in Cyprus! The apartments are spacious, clean, and have everything you need – a fully equipped kitchen, a comfy living area, and even a lovely balcony. The pool is huge, and it’s great to just chill by the water with a drink in hand. The staff is super friendly and always happy to help with a smile. The location is spot on – close to the beach and the city centre, but still quiet and relaxing. Honestly, just a great place you’ll want to come back to!
