This hotel is an unexpected pearl in the middle of one of the most beautiful city centre of Italy. Service is inpeccable and the overall experience is fantastic. Beds are extremely comfortable, breakfast amazing, Spa excellent and staff are so wonderful you just want to hug them! Without mentioning names well done to the managment, every aspect of our stay was wonderful. Each member of staff works with such professionalism and big smile on their face. Well done!

Always good to be back and squeeze in a trip right before festive. Got to experience the spa this time, which was AMAZING and perfect for an escape during the colder months, even got to enjoy a glass of wine by salt pool. This time I saw a lot of new faces in the team including a new chef who has now added a fusion touch to some of the dishes in the restaurant 👌🏻 they also told me that a pizzeria is in the making, will definitely be back to try it.

Staying at Casa Nostra Boutique Hotel in Palermo for my birthday weekend with friends was spectacular. The hotel's central location, a short walk from Palermo's key landmarks and attractions, makes it a great base for sightseeing. Elegant decor and a pleasant ambiance make the house outstanding. After a day of sightseeing, the charming spa was a welcome retreat. With its amazing food and charming atmosphere, our supper restaurant was unforgettable. We had a lovely stay at Casa Nostra Boutique Hotel in December with our two young daughters who are 8 and 5 years old. The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the area, with many attractions just a short walk away. The food at the hotel was outstanding—every meal was delicious, and the staff were incredibly attentive. A special shoutout to Roberto, who worked in the restaurant. He was friendly and made sure we felt welcome throughout our stay. The reception team was also very helpful and accommodating, always ready with to provide useful recommendations. One of the highlights of the hotel is the courtyard, which has a plunge pool. While it was a bit too cold for a swim in December, it would be perfect for a refreshing dip during the summer months. The Christmas decorations added a festive touch, making the atmosphere even more special. Overall, we had a wonderful time and are already looking forward to returning in the warmer months. This boutique hotel is a great choice for families, offering a relaxing and welcoming environment with genuine service.

went to lumia the restaurant which is within the hotel. The rooms are very cosy and the shower pressure is spot on. People are friendly and all the staff speak great english as i don’t speak italian. the breakfast is great - lots of choice. Probably the best homemade cakes i’ve ever had! The hotel is close by to the shops and tourist must visits. i loved the vintage coffee machine in the room! may need to add instructions on how to the machine as i needed to call someone. overall great stay - loved it.
