B&B Benincasa

We booked for 3 nights on the day we needed the booking, due to a disaster at a previously booked hotel. We are so glad we found this place instead. The owner couldn't have been more helpful and even took the time to notice from our passport check in, that it was my partner's birthday whilst we were there and on that morning left him a beautiful mini cake, complete with birthday candle!!! The owner's communication throughout the 3 days was superb and even once we'd got home, he messaged to thank us for our custom. Really thoughtful. Some may find the breakfast set up strange.......gorgeous sicilian pastries and croissant left fresh every morning in your designated basket to be taken back to your room, to eat there. However, it suited us perfectly, as there was no set time to have to get to breakfast, so it left us able to get out and about as early or late as we wanted. Oh,and the in room coffee machine was so easy to use. The first time we've come across one that didn't need a university degree to operate!!!! We would thoroughly recommend this hotel for location, value and customer service. Excellent.
