This was a lovely central place to stay in Palermo. The initial check-in communication was fantastic and the assistance in getting our bags up the stairs was very much appreciated. The room was comfortable with a great balcony to sit and enjoy a wine while taking in the view. An added bonus is the restaurant right outside the front door. The food was delicious!!

We stayed at the BB22 Rooms when we arrived in Palermo, and again at the end of our trip at the BB22 Palace. We were very positively impressed with both of these properties, including the accommodations, the people, and the services. Our driver Tony was waiting for us when we arrived the airport, with the transportation we had arranged through the hotel, and the Rooms desk manager Daniel had stayed late to welcome us to the hotel when we arrived. The accommodations are very comfortable, and at the Rooms we had a great view through the city to the harbor. The bathrooms were large by European standards, and at both properties had been fully updated and were very clean. Breakfasts were great. Throughout our two stays at the two BB22s, all of the staff were cheerful, friendly, and very helpful with directions, local information, restaurants, etc. When a railroad strike caused us to modify our reservations and add an additional night, Emmanuelle moved rooms around on short notice and found space for us, and Alice coordinated our transportation to return to the airport. I don't know how much more anyone could ask or expect of a hotel and its staff. We highly recommend both the BB22 Rooms and BB22 Palace. Thank you to all of them.

Convenient location. Comfortable and clean room. Great breakfast included. Sunroom was great to relax in. Staff was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond our expectations. We felt like family. Would recommend.

Like many places in Europe it had lots of stairs, if you have lots of luggage get a room on the lower floor. If you arrive midafternoon there will be no one there to let you in. It’s very confusing. The communication between the hotel and the client needs to be better. I did receive a WhatsApp message but did not know about it. That was the only issue. The location is great, the employees were too. Breakfast and the sitting room area was a nice touch.

We were happy to have found BB22. We had excellent communication with Emmanuela beforehand, so it was easy to find nearby parking for our rental car and locate the hotel. After arrival, we met with Daniel who was so personable and friendly that we felt right at home. He made many good suggestions for excursions and sight-seeing. We made use of their laundry service which saved us valuable time. The breakfast was amazing, and the availability of the bar and central lounge added to the ambience. Loved our balcony and the courtyard view. Good location for walking to all the main areas. Highly recommend.

Location was perfect for sightseeing and visiting bars/restaurants. And although you are in the middle a busy area it was quiet in the apartment for when we wanted to relax/sleep. The staff are very friendly and help you make the most of your stay. Great experience, thank you.

A very good find - conveniently located in the historical centre of Palermo, within easy walking distance of all the main sites, restaurants and shops. Clean and comfortable, Emmanuela was super helpful. Would recommend to any visitors to Palermo.

We loved our stay at BB22. Comfortable room, wonderful breakfast, quiet area in easy walking distance of major sites. The highlight for us was the warmth and hospitality of the staff who gave such good guidance including excellent restaurant recommendations. Would definitely stay here again.
