We loved our stay at BB22. Comfortable room, wonderful breakfast, quiet area in easy walking distance of major sites. The highlight for us was the warmth and hospitality of the staff who gave such good guidance including excellent restaurant recommendations. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderfully located hotel and very charming. Very helpful staff happy to make recommendations. Breakfast on the terrace was superb. Rooms were of a good size and location makes it very easy to walk everywhere. We would stay here again. Recommended.

The amazing staff, Marco, Emanuela and Daniel made me feel very welcomed, they gave me all the tips and information I needed to make my stay fun and great. Room was clean, had everything I needed. Bed was comfortable. Hotel is located in a very central place, with a bus station to the airport just few meters away. Will come back to this hotel for sure! Paul

We had a lovely stay at BB22 and Emanuel was so helpful. She helped with booking restaurants and tours with loads of information for the best places to visit . Very nice breakfast and coffee and the room was very tidy. Good central location with all of the old town within walking distance.

BB22 is a superb B&B with a charming and helpful staff. It's very well located, very comfortable, with a delicious breakfast and a very sweet breakfast room. Our host Daniel gave us many good suggestions for travel and transport, and suggested a good restaurant we would not have found on our own. He is a real asset to the B&B. If you go to Palermo, I would strongly recommend BB22.

A good location right on the edge of the old town. Easy transport to and from the airport using the shuttle. The staff were very helpful and friendly. You are also close to the marina and plenty of bars and restaurants. The room was spacious and had an up to date bathroom. My bed was comfortable and had a balcony. Very enjoyable stay however no lift so if you have mobility issues then be aware

The host was so helpful and friendly, we got our laundry done and it wasn’t expensive like it is at a hotel. Breakfast everyday was delicious and fresh. The room off the breakfast area that is all windows was cozy with a beautiful view. The room was large and comfortable. The area is clean and safe (which is a huge improvement from the historic center), and there are many restaurants and bars in a very short walking distance.

When you stumble on to a hotel that makes you feel like you're staying with old friends in the lap of their luxurious palazzo, you'd think you were dreaming. Well, that dream becomes reality at BB22. Patricia, the worldly proprietor, is there to greet you upon arrival. The rooms are stately (high ceilings, stunning terraces with encroaching Ficus trees) yet minimalist. The location is central to the historic core, with everything walkable from there. BB22 was an amazing discovery that we lucked into, but one that begs to be revisited!

Delightful small apartment room in a very old part of Palermo. The staff were kind and helpful and put up with our rudimentary Italian. Everything was very clean when we arrived. You have to pay extra to use the cooker but why bother when a few feet away are 2 excellent restaurants? Only bugbear was the fact that tea bags were not replenished daily.
