Everything is good
Good location close to the seafront
Good breakfast arrangement
Nice stuff
Toilet and room are clean
But the WiFi doesn’t get good connection
Most of the part in the room cannot connect to WiFi

The location is very central, walking to the seaside, marina and the main touristic street, can be a little noisy at night because of the central location. Parking was a little challenging. Shower was a little smelly, had to run the water for a while to get rid of the smell.

I absolutely loved my stay at Kala Rooms! The manager and employees were very kind and accommodating. The room was much bigger than I anticipated, and was very clean and comfortable. The terrace above the dining areas of the two restaurants below was awesome, and provides the feeling of deeper immersion in the Sicilian culture to hear the sounds below, including live music at times from local musicians. I really enjoyed Cafe Luca across the street where the breakfast meal tickets are for. Overall, Kala Rooms made for a fabulous stay. Highly recommended.

I needed to check in late, this was easily accommodated with excellent communication. Room was large, with a bottle of water in the fridge. Would happily stay again.

We loved staying at Kala Rooms. Our room and bathroom were spacious and very clean with high quality linen and towels. The reception made it possible to leave our bags after we arrived early. The rooms are in a very central location. The local area is bustling but the room is quiet and dark with quality shutters and windows. Reception offered great suggestions for local eating. Breakfast off site was simple and delicious. We are planning to stay again next time we are in Palermo.

A bit noisy due to the early garbage collection in the side street and a drainage pump in the bathroom.

Perfect location, excellent service, lovely room and view. Friendly, helpful staff. We had a wonderful time in Palermo, a beautiful city. I couldn't recommend Kala Rooms enough, we will be back.

It is a set of rooms located at the first floor of an old building (without elevator) in the city center. The location is good but very complicated to park your car (I spent more than an hour to find a place 1km away from the accommodation). I'm very disappointed and don't recommend it, very basic equipment, air conditioning (hot) does not work well, lack of isolation of the window (noise cold). Nothing on the floor, not even a carpet... Breakfast (voucher) is just one drink and not more 2 pieces.
