The staff are very nice The check in process is very easy and very fast. Hotel location not in down town area but not difficult to get in. Room space is wider than other hotel in uk.

We love this hotel because it is right across the street from my mother's place. The Christmas decorations were really fun and we enjoy the breakfasts room with its skylights.

Decent place, but surprisingly charge £2 to use their umbrella.

Cleaning was not good enough, specially for a privilege room

the facilities were excellent and very thoughtful.

Fabulous newly-refurbished room with super bed, compact but nicely fitted bathroom and air con. Peaceful village setting away from roads, a bonus around Oxford, with easy access to city by bus or riverside ride or walk. Welcoming staff and spacious, relaxed lounges and bars, lots of outdoor space.

The location of the hotel was very unexpected. I originally thought that I was looking for a hotel in the suburbs, and the surrounding area should be very empty and deserted. Before booking, I saw many reviews saying that the hotel parking lot was large and parking was very convenient. When I arrived at the hotel, I thought the navigation was wrong and confirmed again and again whether it was this hotel. The hotel is actually located in a residential area, surrounded by very dense residential buildings. The road is very small, with one lane in each direction. We arrived in the evening. Cars were parked on both sides of the road, each occupying half of the lane, leaving only a car-wide space in the middle of the road, and two-way traffic. There is no gate in the hotel area, and the parking lot and roadside parking spaces are integrated. On that day, an Indian family happened to hold a wedding at the hotel. The parking spaces and unmarked parking spaces at the entrance of the hotel were full of cars. We drove to the innermost and couldn't find a place to park. The hotel front desk asked us to find a parking space on the road by ourselves, and finally parked in a relatively far place. There is no business or catering around the hotel. The bus stop is a 6-minute walk from the hotel. Buses 3, 3A, and X40 can all go to Oxford Town Center (Hight Street), which is quite convenient.

Hygiene: Not clean, there is a ball under the bed The room smells like urine, my kids and I smelled it~ The drainage in the shower room is not working~ Free parking is good~

Nice hotel with free and convenient parking. Friendly service staff. The hotel bar is open until 2 am. The hotel also has a restaurant with a good atmosphere. The bed is just the right hardness.

The kids like the bunk beds in the family room very much. The room is also a good size.

The room facilities and environment are good, and parking is free. The only drawback is that it is too far from the city.
