Everything was as it should be. Staff very polite and helpful. Tasty and varied breakfasts. The only thing to fault is a very small TV with a modest selection of channels.

Hotele tej sieci trzymają dobry poziom, lokalizacja w samym centrum Starówki, na plus basen, dobrze wygłuszone, przestronne  pokoje. Zdecydowanie polecam.  Z minusów to wentylatory w pokojach obligatoryjnie pracują 9-21 i momentami przeszkadzają np. W drzemce.  Na śniadaniu był live cooking, co powinno być plusem jednak ilość gości vs jedna pani z jedna patelnią = długi czas oczekiwania na np. Jajecznicę  Wystarczyło dać ciepłe dania do bemarów a dla chętnych omlety i jajka na zamówienie.  Hotel ogólnie na duży plus.

Excellent hotel, clean and well-maintained rooms, the only sore point was the manager of the restaurant, who was rude and unsympathetic. To simple requests, such as for more water, he responded angrily with incomprehensible comments in Polish. He should be fired immediately.

Really nice hotel, shame about the restaurant, the rooms are clean and tidy, the location and on the main street, shame about the restaurant manager, who has a unique and truly irritating dislike, I strongly advise against eating there, it makes you want to slap him

The hotel is in a wonderful location in the middle of the old town. The staff was friendly, the room was very spacious and clean. The room was well equipped, and I found the walk-in shower in the bathroom very pleasant. The breakfast was OK, with a lot of choice. The warm breakfast items (scrambled eggs, pancakes, etc.) were all cold. That was a bit of a shame. The WiFi worked perfectly and was fast enough. Overall, a recommendable hotel.
