The hotel is somewhat outdated and needs improvements and better maintenance. The service is exceptional. The beach is a bit dirty.

Mandira whilst is not a terrible hotel by any means, is not worth the cost compared to hotels in Bali I have stayed in. The pool area was fantastic for children/families and I very much enjoyed the adult infinity pool area. My disappointment was in the rooms. Lucky for me I opted not to stay in there long. They were old outdated with the bathrooms tired and not modern. The bed only a double bed size. Overall a 3 start hotel only.

Loved our stay at the Mandira, definitely a family resort. Would not recommend just for couples too many kids in the resort but lovely

Everything is fine! And the location and beauty of the hotel, and the swimming pool, and breakfast, and service, and very friendly staff! But the rooms do not at all correspond to the level of the hotel or the declared service. I lived in an ordinary Superior Room, the shower head was built into the wall, which was very inconvenient, since most of the holes in it were clogged. Otherwise the room is very basic and not worth the money. Very good audibility of the corridor and the next room. I have something to compare with, since in a month this was my 8th place of residence in Bali. It should be noted that cleaning was done every day, it was clean) Therefore, if you have the opportunity, choose rooms at a higher level. I chose this hotel only because of my favorite beach club Azul as Azul is one of my favorite places in Kuta.

I like the decoration of the resort very much, the style of Bali, the water blue tiles, white veils, and log hardware in my own room. The whole body and mind are washed here. The beach is very close, walk around and eat this grilled corn, perfect holiday, there is a small episode, a broken toe, but everything is still beautiful

The environment is very good, the service is average.
