Lokasi yang bagus dan staf yang sangat baik, stasiun trem (Dam) tepat di depan hotel.

Kamarnya kecil, tempat tidurnya besar, ada dua tempat tidur kecil yang disatukan, fasilitasnya sudah tua, kamar mandinya sangat kecil, dan pengering rambut masih perlu dinyalakan secara manual untuk dapat digunakan. Meskipun hotel ini berada di pusat kota, transportasinya tidak nyaman. Pertama-tama, ini adalah jalan satu arah. Anda harus pergi ke seberang jalan untuk naik dan turun bus hotelnya penuh puntung rokok yang sangat kotor. Selain itu, hanya ada satu staf di meja depan, dan antrian panjang untuk check-in dan check-out sangat lambat. Sikap pelayanannya cukup tidak ramah dan cukup buruk! Setiap malam tidak ada orang yang bertugas di front desk, sehingga cukup merepotkan untuk meminta bantuan. Jika Anda lebih tua, sebaiknya tutup pintu dan bunyikan bel pintu untuk membuka pintu dan kembali ke kamar. Selain itu, ruangan kedap suara sangat buruk, merpati dan burung camar sangat berisik di tengah malam sehingga saya tidak bisa tidur. Ini adalah pengalaman menginap terburuk saya, dan saya menyesal memesan 2 kamar untuk tiga malam! Hotel terburuknya, pelayanannya bahkan tidak bintang 1.

Ketika kami check in (4 malam) kami diberi tahu bahwa AC tidak berfungsi dan suhu di luar adalah 30° pada akhir pekan itu!! Semua kamar diiklankan memiliki AC. Kipas angin disediakan dan staf membantu tetapi terlalu panas dan pengap, seburuk itu keesokan paginya saya mencari hotel lain dan mendapat pengembalian uang untuk sisa masa inap saya, meskipun saya dikenakan harga penuh untuk 1 malam, saya senang bisa pergi!! Saya pergi ke Inntel dan itu jauh lebih baik.

Ibu mertua saya terkena serangan jantung. Jadi saya menghubungi pihak hotel melalui email dan hingga saat ini saya belum menerima balasan. Saya juga menghubungi trip.com dan mereka menghubungi pihak hotel dan memberi tahu saya. Mereka tidak mengubah kebijakan mereka. Jadi untuk para pelancong. Saya sangat tidak ingin memesan hotel ini. Layanannya buruk sekali

Kamarnya agak kecil, tetapi memiliki semua yang kami butuhkan. Mereka menyediakan bel di malam hari untuk keamanan ekstra di kamar Pemandangan dari jendela menghadap ke toko H&M, jadi pemandangannya kurang bagus Namun, secara keseluruhan kamarnya bagus Saya menikmatinya, lokasinya fantastis, hanya 10 langkah dari Dam Square, semuanya dekat

The location was superb. Exactly in the city centre. Staff was friendly. Definitely will come again

We had the most wonderful stay at Swissôtel Amsterdam for our wedding anniversary, made even more special by a generous upgrade to a suite. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was impeccable—the staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and celebrated. The suite was beautifully designed, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The bed was plush, the amenities were thoughtful, and the attention to detail was evident throughout. Every corner of the hotel exuded warmth and elegance, making it a perfect retreat in the heart of Amsterdam. While the location is fantastic—right in the city center—it does come with a bit of street noise, but it wasn’t a major issue for us. The overall experience was still absolutely lovely, and we truly appreciated the effort put into making our anniversary so memorable. Thank you, Swissôtel Amsterdam, for a fantastic stay! We’ll definitely be back.

Perfect location as it is located right on the main streets where all the hustle and bustle is at yet quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. Service was impeccable as the staff were all helpful and friendly. Amenities wise, we had a kettle that was rusty but that got replaced quickly after we made a call to the reception. The air-conditioning wasn’t the best either but the very efficient staff helped to fix it and it was much better for the subsequent nights. Room was pretty dated but quite well-kept except the bathroom where the underside of the toilet seat was not cleaned and had visible stains. Overall a relatively good stay at the Swissotel and would recommend to all!

The hotel staff were friendly. The room was spacious and gave us water every night. Breakfast was good can’t complain everywhere you go food is the same after three days. The hotel is close to the train station and 250ft to Dam square. it’s centrally located. Noise wasn’t a problem on the second floor.

The room was very clean, the staff were very kind, but only one thing that made me very uncomfortable is that the recipients were talking about negative content. I guess they could do that because I am Asian and they might think I couldn’t understand what they were saying. Unfortunately, I could understand it, what is worse, they might not have the hospitality as a staff of hotel. They were young and complains about their colleague. A woman staff was saying “She is so rude. She doesn’t listen to people.” or something like that. I was there with my sister, and she doesn’t understand English that well. I didn’t want to ruin our memory, that’s why I pretend not listening to their talk at all, but I was disappointed with it. I will not recommend this hotel, and may not select this hotel again.

Excellent location, staff very kind but bed a little bit smaller, we booked a kin bed room but bed was more like queen size bed

Although it needs about 10 mins from central station, it is indeed a very good choice. It’s very easy to walk to many attractions. Especially the royal palace is just near by. The room is good, the bed is also perfect! Every employees are kind and helpful.

Great location and service! Room is slightly dark and layout was odd.
