Ulasan Le Germain Hotel Ottawa

Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful including the room service, concierges, door man, bar maid and every other employee we encountered. Facility is well designed however the bare ceilings and laminate floors/tile are quite loud. That said they are good insulation except for outside traffic; we are not used to cities! Gym was adequate. It could use a bit more space to allow full body weight workouts. We did not try the food; bar was excellent for us but appeared to be understaffed (those staff at the bar/restaurant were working their tails off). Location was very convenient for us and our requirements with proximity to downtown and the university.

The room is quite big but the design is not reasonable. The bed and pillows are quite comfortable. The only drawback is the water pressure. After ten minutes of waiting for the water to heat up, the water pressure suddenly increases and it becomes impossible to wash! I’m surprised I didn’t read other guest reviews and mentioned this issue before! The issue of water pressure cannot be solved by changing rooms, so we might as well try another hotel instead😓

The service in the hotel is very chaotic. On the first day we checked in, we were given a key card to open it and there were guests inside. They were still taking a shower. They also had an arrogant attitude in solving the problem. I will not stay there again.

Generally speaking, the water pressure of the shower in the bath is not large, and it is uncomfortable to wash! If the price can be under a thousand dollars, it can still account for a high cost performance. The location is not bad, very close to the University of Ottawa, not far from a few Chinese restaurants (you can find it on the map) The lobby is very small, and the parking garage is small and expensive 🥲 But Ctrip is good because they don't have I updated the booking information and wrote the paid parking as free, so in order to apologize, I paid the full parking fee for two days, Ctrip, the role model in the China travel app!
