Beautiful and nice place and a good location

Its is about 650m to the nearest station, and quite near to the waterfront. The facilities provided are sufficient.

Disappointedly dirty. The floor is oily. The fridge came with a foul smell. The microwave was full of food remnants. The only console is that the bed was pretty clean. Not advisable for those insisting on cleanliness

The location is okay. It is near the Zhujiang River (珠江) and Shamiandao (沙面岛面島) 😍 and behind the alley there is a church that everyone must check in. For a room at this price that is very cheap for four people, we accept it. But in terms of cleanliness, it needs to be improved. Because the bathroom has stains. When we checked in, we put our stuff down, went out to eat, and came back. Just someone came to clean it. The kitchen equipment has a microwave that looks very old. So we didn't dare to use it. There is also a washing machine and detergent. And there is a stove, but I don't know if it works or not. But there are no pots and pans that can be used for cooking. For our three nights' stay, it is okay. The price is cheap. Easy to enter and exit. The hot water kettle in the room is broken. The staff helped to change it. The service is okay.
