We were forced to book this hotel during hockey world championships. First rip off: the prices have been increased more than 3 times to more than 400€!!!!! But that’s not all: upon arrival we were told that all wellness facilities are shut down: no whirlpool, no gym, no sauna. The advertising pictures for this facilities were still online on the hotel website. The hotel reception was more than unfriendly after complaints, the hotel manager was not available. Customer service in this hotel is more than poor!
