The hotel staff were very friendly and help-full They also provide rafting for free to the hotel guest.

Very nice charming small resort with few bungalows. It was my 2nd time at Koh Lipe. Tried different hotels. I’ve booked a garden villa at Bulow Casa. One of the best location on the island, very peaceful, just next to the Zodiac bar which is the spot for sunset. The villas are very comfortable and spacious. I liked the decoration. Free Tuk Tuk until 6 pm and the staff is very kind. However, the service of the restaurant is not at the level we expect for this price. Compared to some other hotels, the reactivity is quite slow… Needed to wait long time for our orders and that, several times. And it wasn’t the peak season yet… wondering how they will manage with a full capacity of the hotel. So I think it needs some little improvements… I’ve not been impressed by the food as well. Good breakfast though. we finished to take our dinner in some other restaurants located more south of the sunrise beach.

Summary: the hotel charged heavily for it, but didn't live up to its 5-star rating, rather a 3-star. Main reasons: Maintance not enough, everything seemed worn and in need of repair. Beds (round) were terrible, very hard and the round shape is useless for a tall person. Pillows were the worst. Pool wasn't kept clean and also not full, so not infinity , as intended and described. First few days the phone wasn't working, so didn't feel secure, in case of emergency. The style of the restaurant wasn't attractive in comparison with others on the island. Also missing spa/gym/massage offers, not in Thailand. No body lotion in the bathroom, not OK for a premium hotel. Wrong instruction for the safe. Positive: the staff, very friendly and helpful, but some seemed not trained enough for a 5-star hotel. Location and the beach was amazing. Breakfast and laundry service was good. Nice layout of the villa. Loved to have our own pool and secluded beach area.

Worth the price. Excellent friendly service and the best position on the island for the beach. Well maintained and very comfortable rooms

Besides manager speaks a good English other employees speak very little English. They are super polite and intensive if they speak better English they would be more helpful.

The resort is good but no public swimming pool. Overall very nice resort.

酒店不大，但是位置好好，風景絕佳，去的時候是雨季，每天一場大雨，也別有風味。房間很大，每天有膠囊咖啡，在房間喝喝咖啡很愜意。酒店沒有公共泳池，衹有訂泳池房房間才帶泳池，但是離海灘近，去海里遊也一樣。

本來是訂了避暑山莊酒店兩個晚上，住了一晚之後因為蚊子太多，到海灘那條斜坡晚上走太嚇人了，第二天果斷換到布洛卡薩格蘭酒店，到了這裡發現基本都超乎了預期，房間大，洗手間大還有按摩浴缸，離沙灘就數步之遙，而且沙灘好漂亮，退潮時還有一個淺灘可以涉水過去，但必須小心海葵和海膽，礁石旁邊基本都有海膽 要注意的是晚上睡覺一定要用蚊帳，有很多的小飛蟻

麗貝島住了三家酒店，這家屬於最中規中矩的。 不足：位置稍微偏了一點，價格性價比一般，酒店的大堂有點不太好找。 優點：有個小廚房可以自己做點吃的（短期遊其實用處不大），離海邊比較近，去海邊非常方便，屋內就能看到大海，風景不錯，躺在沙灘椅上發呆很愜意（這邊的沙灘晚上能看到藍色眼淚）

布洛卡薩是麗貝島上第一檔酒店的存在，僅次於旁邊的艾琳，但位置相對比艾琳更好，就在絕美的拖尾沙灘。 酒店價格中包含了較為可口的早餐、下午六點前隨時出門的免費出租車，免費使用皮划艇，免費的minibar，免費的膠囊咖啡機，更完備的洗漱用品等，所以，綜合來看，價格高也是有一定道理的。整個麗貝島的服務人員和居民都比較熱情，來之前看到酒店評論不好的地方，心裏也是一直打鼓，來住了之後覺得這家酒店不踩雷，服務很好，不需要小費也很熱情，房間大，圓床很大，兩大一小足夠，小朋友12歲以下360🐷一晚含早餐，空調足，酒店就兩排“獨棟別墅”，第一排都是帶海邊無邊泳池的，第二排就幾步路走到海邊，以為泳池的是公共，第一天跑去別人家泳池游泳遭投訴了，有點尬尷。 布洛卡薩右邊是黃道十二宮（比較老，但是zodiac海邊酒吧很有氛圍，晚上還有玩火表演），黃道十二宮旁邊就是艾琳，麗貝島最貴也是設施設備最好的酒店。
