Hotel was really clean and location was very convenient. 7-11 and family mart within 1 min walking distance. The room was spacious and amenities are readily available!

We had a very bad experience when checking in.  The Japanese lady staff was arrogant and had very rude attitude.  This is very rare in Hyatt properties.  Other staff were okay but don't expect too much.  The room is generally clean except with hair left over in shower from previous hotel occupants.  At night, we were woken up 2-3 times with some cracking nose.  Not sure if it was wood or metal bending repeatedly.  If you are deep sleeper, then it's ok.  Otherwise please think about it.  I was attracted by the location and Hyatt brand.  But price can tell you there is no free lunch.

Hotel was newly opened so everything was sparkling clean Being a Hyatt there were more American / foreign tourists staying here than usual Entrance (both walk and especially cab) was tricky to locate but after you found it once, you'll realize how easy it is to get around from this hotel. Very convenient. Rooms were good sized for Tokyo. Washing/drying machine plus kitchenette were perfect for those with kids.

Something wrong with the service. My reservation clearly says breakfast for one included. They refused to provide that. I paid for breakfast in the 11th. Then ate breakfast elsewhere. This kind of error shouldn’t happen.

When I first came to this hotel, the location was really hard to find. If you come by subway, it's a bit far to find. It's the closest to the JR New South Exit, and it only takes a few minutes to get to the hotel. The hotel is cleaned every day, but only 2 bottles of water are given every day. There is a washing machine in the room to dry clothes. The front desk is on the 16th floor. It's just hard to find at first, but it's very convenient once you get familiar with it. The surrounding area is very lively. I will stay here next time.

The location is hard to find. It's far from everywhere. There are many restaurants, but they are all pretending to be high-end. They are not affordable and taste bad. Otherwise, you have to queue up and can't eat. The hygiene is very poor. When I checked in, I found that the toilet had not been cleaned. I won't post the picture for fear of disgusting others. The surface decoration looks white and clean, but there are juice stains from the previous owner next to the kitchen sink, which can be seen that it has not been wiped. I don't know if it's dirt or mud around the bathtub. Anyway, everything that can be wiped with a white cloth is black. The room type I chose has floors 6-14. I wrote a note to ask for a high floor, but I was given the 6th floor. The hygiene is not good. I want to delay check-out for 2-3 hours, but I have to pay nearly 20,000 yen. This hotel is like this. They can make a lot of mistakes, but they don't give guests any room. Not even a drop of mineral water.

A very good hotel. The location is very good. It's close to the train station. It's only a few minutes' walk away. The service is excellent. It's relatively new. It has complete facilities. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I come to Tokyo.

It was a comfortable stay. The front desk was friendly, helpful and warm, and it was easy to ask for help both in person and over the phone, so I felt very comfortable. As the surrounding area is still in the early stages of development, we had dinner at the hotel restaurant rather than going out to eat nearby. The rooms were equipped with cooking utensils and tableware, and you can buy pre-made foods in the hotel 24 hours a day, so it wasn't inconvenient at all. The hotel was equipped with all the home appliances you would need to stay comfortably, such as cooking utensils and a washing machine, but I was especially happy to see that they provided a coffee maker so I could drink delicious coffee in my room.

It is a big room in Tokyo. The location is super convenient. There are harbour cake shops, supermarkets, subway stations, JR and shopping nearby. You can walk to Shibuya Crossing and Parco for shopping. The kitchen facilities and utensils are complete. The best thing is that there is a washing machine and dryer. It is a must for family travel~~~Highly recommended

Almost new hotel. One of the few hotels with washing and drying facilities. If you are traveling for more than a week, it is worth considering. The hotel is very centrally located. The only problem is that it is very difficult to find the entrance for the first time.

The hotel is in a good location, near Shibuya Station. It takes 5 minutes to get to the hotel from the Shinnan Exit. The check-in counter is on the 16th floor. The staff are Japanese and foreign. They speak good English, communicate well and are polite. The hotel has a good environment and new facilities, including flush toilets, washing machines, bathtubs, induction cookers and range hoods. The tableware and cooking utensils are all available, and the refrigerator is a household style with freezing and refrigeration compartments. The room is so big, suitable for a family to stay temporarily.
