The location is awesome! You can walk to Osaka castle park within 5 minutes. The hotel can keep your luggage free before the check-in, but will charge you a fee for keeping your luggage after the check-out. Overall I’d recommend this hotel.

The hotel is within walking distance from Osaka Castle. Since we did not plan to stay in Osaka for a long time, the location was very suitable for us. Of course, you need to go to Dotonobori Street by several subway stations, but this is individual. The room has everything you need. Compared to most hotels in Japan, the room is quite spacious. There is a kettle and tea / coffee. Free Wi-Fi. Of the amenities, a smart toilet, a small bathroom and shower. Shampoo and other accessories in full. All sockets in the room are 110V. In the neighboring Family Mart, we had to buy adapters and adapters. Not far from the hotel there is a subway station, Family Mart and more, Starbucks, other cafes / restaurants

The front desk staff was very patient and enthusiastic. On the morning of check-in, a young lady who could speak Chinese helped me to store my luggage smoothly. The room was quite spacious, the bathroom was clean and separated into dry and wet areas, the room was locked with a password, and I just had to give the card to the front desk when I checked out. It was very convenient. The hotel was not far from the subway station, and transportation was very convenient.

The hotel staff are friendly, responsive and helpful. The price is reasonable, the facilities are not too many but sufficient. There are many food markets nearby, some of which are open 24 hours a day, so you don't have to worry about having nowhere to eat at night. It takes 6 minutes to walk to the subway station. 

The room is relatively small, but everything else is OK. It is located between Tenmabashi and Yotsumachime. There is a convenience store downstairs. The password is required to enter the door. The front desk is on the 2nd floor. I saw the front desk staff on the first day... Just drop the check-in form in the box when leaving the hotel. The booking agent is a bit tricky... The number of guests can be adjusted by communication and solved by yourself.

We booked a room with a washing machine in the room, although the washing machine operates a bit slow, but it is really convenient, and the room is very large next door and has a parking lot

The room was neat and clean. Even if the room cleaning time was missed, replacement towels and drinking water were left outside the room, which was very considerate. The location is close to Osaka Castle and the park, very comfortable hotel.

I stayed here on the last day of Golden Week to go to Universal Studios Japan. It was convenient because there was an affiliated parking lot, a convenience store, and a restaurant nearby. It was nice that the key was a number input instead of a card, which reduced the amount of luggage I had to carry. The cheerful service of the front desk staff, the cleanliness, and the free all-you-can-drink coffee were also good. I was very satisfied because I was able to stay there for a very cheap price that day.

It feels great. This is the largest room I have ever stayed in Japan with tatami mats and twin beds. The self-service laundry is a bit awkward. It is ok. It is very close to Osaka Pavilion, but smoking is very inconvenient.

I stayed here for 2 nights for a business trip. There was no hot water coming out of the shower, so I asked the staff and they told me that there had been electrical repair work done a few days ago and that there was a room where it was difficult to get hot water, so if I left the shower running for about 10 minutes, the water would be hot. In that case, if they had made an announcement at check-in, I could have taken a 10-minute shower from the beginning and never felt cold. This response felt very clerical and lacked hospitality from the staff. The location is good and the hotel is new, so I wanted to stay there again, but I don't think I will stay there again.

The suite space is very large, the bathtub can be soaked in, there is a washing machine and dryer, the room facilities are very new and clean, it is close to Osaka Castle, there is a subway station nearby, and the transportation is convenient. A very good stay experience.

The room is small but well-equipped. Very clean and cost-effective.

Very good, good value for money breakfast

The free coffee provided in the hotel lobby is delicious, the room is very new and clean, and it is very quiet at night. The quality of the breakfast is good, but the order must be placed in the restaurant before 9:30 in the morning. I will stay at this hotel again next time I come to Osaka.
