A very convenient hotel for tourism in Osaka, located in the Namba area. Literally next to the JR station, from which the express train to the airport goes. On the other side is a subway station. For a Russian tourist with problems with a foreign language, who came to this area for the first time, and even at night, with a dead mobile phone, it was difficult to navigate, but a passerby helped us, who led us to the hotel. The check-in itself, without the participation of the staff, made us worry, since the letter with the instructions and the code for the electronic lock came after we had been trying to open the entrance doors for 30 minutes and at the same time call some contact person. After the instructions arrived, further check-in was quite easy, except for the fact that the elevator key was in a box with a code lock on the door of a metal cabinet, which we did not immediately pay attention to and for some time we were perplexed why the elevator refused to go. The room, which you can’t get to otherwise than from the elevator, is quite compact and comfortable. True, there is not enough space for furniture, except for a large bed. We quickly sorted out the household appliances, although we regretted that in the room itself, and we lived on the 8th floor, there is no microwave. Perhaps the owner of the hotel will equip the rooms with such a useful device in the future, since most often you have to heat up ready-made food bought in nearby stores. In general, we liked it and if we get to Osaka in the future, we will try to use the services of this hotel.
