Very cozy, I liked the Spa area. It was very clean.

Travelling alone, it was a comfortable space.

Although check-in was after 3am, the staff was accommodating and I was able to stay without any problems. I was also able to use the large public bath without any time limit, which was helpful.

Conveniently located 2 minutes walk from Fukushima Station on the Hanshin Main Line and 6 minutes walk from Fukushima Station on the JR Osaka Loop Line. I think it would be better if there were lockers where you could put your large luggage. The hotel is located 2 minutes walk from Fukushima Station on the Hanshin Main Line, and 6 minutes walk from Fukushima Station on JR Osaka Circular Line, convenient for transportation. The futon was thin, and even though it was covered with a clean sheet, you could see what was inside, and it was a dirty blanket. The next day I stayed at Daitoyo, and the futon was completely different, and the mattress and comforter were nice and comfortable. It can't be helped since the price is different, but I think the comforter should be a little better. The location is in a remote area, closer to Fukushima Station than Nishi Umeda, so it's easy to get confused and it's a shame. I think it would be better to keep the Nishi Umeda name. It's very close to Fukushima Station, about a 5-minute walk. I regret not going from there. The bath isn't a hot spring, but I think it was the best capsule I've stayed in so far, other than Daitoyo. The futon and location are a bit questionable. I'm not sure if I'll go again. The customer service was very good. Overall I'd give it 3.7 stars.

I stayed there on a Friday weekend. The inside was very clean and I was satisfied, but the bathroom was crowded in the morning (women tend to spend a lot of time there), so I had to wash my face and brush my teeth in the bathroom sink. The cafe attached to the hotel only serves meals at set times, so even though I went there hungry on the day I checked in, I couldn't eat anything. Other than that, it was good.

I have stayed in many capsule hotels. This is my first experience like this. The room is very comfortable, spacious and safe. There is also a TV in the cabin. The transportation is very convenient. I will choose to stay here again next time I go to Osaka. The only drawback is that the check-in time is 5pm which is a bit too late.

The hotel is designed to feel like an airplane cabin, clean and sanitary, and has a good location. It is within walking distance of Osaka's central business district. The hotel also offers hot springs, which you can experience.

I feel like this is a very good space capsule. I sleep very soundly, so I can't hear anything from my snoring. And my own snoring is also very loud. But friends who are light sleepers should not try this.
