Ulasan MY LOFT Light Luxury Hotel

Well, where do I begin. We booked a month stay in Wei Gang Wan in Huizhou to be close to family. We travelled from Hongkong international airport in taxi (approx. 2 and half hours) to the address provided by trip.com which turned out to be the wrong address. And then phoned the customer service in the evening to be told it was the completely wrong building, we had to to get an electric scooter down with all 4 large luggages and 5 people in, luckily we had the help of family to get about as its fairly remote and there's no taxi service around. The location was adjacent to local amenities and right by the beach. But you have to have Wechat - a Chinese App) to get all the info where to go and how to get in the room. It was not straightforward as we expected especially after 30+ hours journey and at night time. The room has a sea view but different to pictures they advertised. Asked to change to a room like the ones they had on trip.com but told not available. Overall, the rooms are acceptable clean and spacious. The TV channels are very limited as they only had very basic package and did not subscribed to any additional packages, so it'm has very limited access to the Olympics games. WiFi is slow and restricted to access to certain western apps. The TV was old and the Backlight was faulty, however it was not replaced during our stay. Another problem was the bed surface very hard like sleeping on cardboard boxes. Despite some issues we faced, I must say the customer service was very good, they available 24/7 and always there to help. All in all, due to the location despite some problems we will consider to stay again in the future.

I originally booked two 2-bedroom apartments and stayed there for 2 days. When I arrived, the room was not cleaned properly. They helped me change to a 4-bedroom apartment, which was pretty good! It would be great if we could arrange a room closer to the beach. You can enjoy the sea view and fireworks without going downstairs.

The room is very comfortable and the kids had a lot of fun. This time I came with my friends to have a baby. It was very pleasant to sit on the balcony and look at the sea in the morning. I will come again next time.

The room is large in size. It is located in a community. Before checking in, you need to contact the front desk to get the password to enter. It has two bedrooms and two living rooms. The sound insulation is good and the room is relatively clean. It is quite comfortable to stay. I will book it again next time if I need it!

A very bad check-in experience. The store's handling of the problem was very negative and evasive. I originally booked this hotel for a friend during the National Day holiday. When I made the reservation, it was clearly stated on the platform that the room was 60 square meters, and there were pictures. However, when I chatted with my friend later, I found that the room type I checked in did not match the reservation at all. The actual room was only 20- It looked like 30 square meters, so we confirmed with the store. What was disappointing was that the store basically didn't reply to messages, had a very negative attitude, avoided our questions, and didn't give us a reasonable explanation. We went to take pictures of the actual room 3-721 we stayed in and ignored it (you can go and see the room area in person, it is not 60 square meters at all). It was basically a bad attitude, which made us feel that as consumers we were deceived. After contacting the Ctrip platform, we were given some solutions. For reference.

The room is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, the environment is elegant, the swing is fun, and you can see the sea from the balcony. It is economical and cost-effective, and the design is great. I like it very much!

The accommodation is very satisfactory, very close to the sea, with a washing machine, refrigerator, and the beach downstairs. You can swim until 10 pm. It's just that the food is a bit expensive, and parking is not expensive at 15 yuan a day.
