The hotel is new and well maintained. Nice private beach. The pool is small. Breakfast is good but not excellent. Not too many dinner options around.

The overall decor and style of the hotel is quite dated. It’s not spotless clean, we notice some spots and color on our towels…The location is convenient though, very close to a lot of beaches and diving spot but didn’t spend time in the hotel beach itself. It’s not free I believe for hotel guests (100yen for a towel) and parking fee is 500 yen a night which I think it’s reasonable as well.

Excellent staff who accommodated us so well. The breakfast and dinner buffets were the best!

My mother, who went with me, was very happy. She said she wanted to come here again. It's also convenient for going to Nago and Yomitan Village.

Maybe because the room is located on the ground floor, the water sometimes drains very slowly when taking a shower, and there is no hot water in the middle of the shower. The room is big but the toilet is cold

Check-in time: March 21, 2025 Complaint time: around 11pm on March 21, 2025 Very poor service attitude, no concern for guest safety at all! My stay in this hotel was very bad and did not meet the service standards. I checked in on March 21, 2025, but I fell in the room that night. The floor of the room is tiled, not wooden, and I did not fall in the bathroom, but in the room. There was no water on the ground. I judged that it was because the slippers provided by the hotel were too thin and easy to slip. Although there was no serious injury, my buttocks, hands and legs were very painful. In order to avoid similar situations from happening again, I went to the front desk at around 11pm that night to request a pair of thicker slippers. However, the service attitude of the front desk disappointed me very much. Not only did they not have any basic greetings, they didn't even say "Are you okay?" Instead, they smiled and told me directly: "There is only this kind of slippers, no others." This indifferent attitude made me very angry. As a hotel staff, shouldn't you care about the safety of the guests? What made me angry was not that I fell, but the attitude of the front desk staff. I was angry that they couldn't even say a basic greeting and care. Is it just because I am a woman that I can't take my feedback seriously? If so, I think this is a potential gender discrimination, which is unacceptable. The basic responsibility of a hotel is to ensure the comfort and safety of its guests, but this experience has completely made me lose trust in this hotel. I will not stay in this hotel again, nor will I recommend it to anyone. If you want basic respect and service, I suggest you avoid this hotel. It is strongly recommended that the hotel improve its service attitude and strengthen the training of its employees, at least to let them know how to care for guests!

The hotel has a private beach, which is very nice. There is also a diving spot nearby. It is suitable for self-driving! It is a bit unacceptable to charge parking fees in the countryside.

Overall it's OK, but it opened early, some facilities are old, and some communication is not smooth. Breakfast is good.

It's close to Cape Maeda, so it seems to be popular with divers. You can go to the beach directly from the hotel. It's a small beach, but it feels private. The building is old, but it was clean and quiet. Breakfast was also delicious. I've always stayed in large hotels, but I thought the small, cozy feel of the Best Western Onnason Hotel was quite nice.
