Setiap lantai dilengkapi dengan ruang merokok dan ruang pembuat es. Sarapan prasmanan di restoran juga sangat luar biasa. Variasinya tidak banyak, tapi rasanya enak, dan pelayanan staf restorannya tepat. Selain itu, meskipun restorannya berada di lantai 5, restoran ini juga memiliki pemandangan laut yang indah. Luasnya lift hotel jarang ada di Jepang, jadi tidak perlu ramai orang👍"

Easy check-in, many good places to eat around, also 24/7 7-eleven is a must and it is there, bus stop is near so you can reach it by public transport, yes not fast but you can enjoy the panoramic view from the window for a couple of hours and just relax. Very good beaches nearby and walkable distance from underwater observatory, don't be lazy and walk there😉"

We stayed in December, and despite it being winter, the atmosphere was still incredibly pleasant and charming. The main pool does not operate in winter, but honestly, it doesn’t feel like a drawback at all—there is so much more to the property than the pool. Breakfast deserves a special mention: it is excellent, with high-quality ingredients and great variety. I highly recommend trying breakfast in different restaurants during your stay, as each offers a slightly different experience. Overall, Halekulani Okinawa is a refined, serene, and beautifully executed resort. A perfect choice for those who value comfort, service, and atmosphere over loud entertainment—even in the winter season."

I was traveling alone, but everyone else seemed to be couples or families, so it's quite suitable for couples and families. "Location is good, but the cleanliness is fair. The toilet is very smelly that we have to close its door all the time. And there is no water to provided so we have to buy and bring back some bottles of water everytime we come back to hotel room. We have stayed for 3 nights and tried to wash our clothes on 2nd night, the washing machine was not working at all!!!! It keeps saying there is ERROR. Since it's already the last two days, we couldnt be bother to reflect to front desk and just leave it. If I go Okinawa again, I don't think I will choose this hotel again."

I would have to say overall my day was very fantastic. They even have a washer so you can wash your clothes. You also can go to the fourth deck top and watch the sunset. They have a little poster with the time the sun will be setting so you can enjoy the sunset Definitely would book again."
