Well i asked about parking and the front desk gal shared the options and i asked how the valet worked.she told me i just let them know i wanted it n thats it.then i find out there's an additional cost, not by her.nor was she vwry friendly. No smile n i didn't feel very welcomed.

Hotel is beautiful and clean. The service was lacking. The website said there was parking and when asking for parking help, they directed to an independent parking lot across the street that charged approximately $50 each day we stayed. Not sure why the website advertises $25 a day but the service clerk is unaware of it? I do not plan to stay here again,

Hotel offers valet overnight parking for $33. Check in was easy. Hotel has only one elevator broken which took forever. Room was a good size but not the most clean. Was also disappointed being downtown i expected some kind of view but our room faced right to an apartment complex wall. The hotel could use some maintenance throughout. Overall loved the location and atmosphere. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Was informed at check-in by a not so nice clerk, that they oversold and the room I had already paid for (in full) was not available. Was comp'd breakfast for 2, though our reservation was for 3. We were given another, smaller room that was dirty; long hair all over the floors & shower stall. Bedding had not been changed on the sleeper sofa. We had to request new bedding.
The staff overnight, at breakfast, and checkout were kind and helpful, unlike the initial clerk at check in. Would not stay again.

Amanda was fabulous as a concierge. The staff was extremely helpful. One day nobody came to clean my room. The showers don’t work that well. They try to charge you for everything. Valet service is like $34.99 a night for but they do nothing other than park your car. You have to haul your own bag up to your room. No carts were available. They charge you for Wi-Fi. They have a tiny shop with nothing but overpriced junk food. It’s like $5.50 for a small bottle of water. The gym is ok. There us really nothing special about the place other than service by the front desk people who are very nice. Also, on the beds they have a white comforter with a sheet over it and I wonder if they do actually wash them after each person leaves.

Hotel was in a great location for walking around downtown and also to Bricktown. Street car boarding was right next to hotel which was convenient. Hotel was very clean, felt safe in the area also.
We will most definitely start here for future visits.

The property and the location is very good. At the time of checkout, I requested a later checkout. It was the manner I was denied later checkout that made me give less stars. I booked through *******, which is 3rd party. I was told that because I had booked through 3rd party, they were not even going to even consider a later checkout. 3rd party or no, I was still a paying customer. Other than thats its a good hotel. Maybe I had a one off bad employee interaction.

No parking on the premises unless you want to park on side of road. Parking with valet is additional $33 or park across street in garage for $40. Breakfast was included but when asked the staff about the free breakfast was informed it cost $15. Staff was rude about informing about breakfast. Check in staff was friendly.
