I liked the hotel and their staff so much I posted an episode on my YouTube channel called “See Damon Trek” Perfectly situated, great price, staff and breakfast. I liked that it was slightly outside the densely tourist ***** and close to stores but within walking distance to the opera house.

I stayed at the hotel for 5 weeks. Excellent location in the old town, right next to Ivan Franko's monument. Spacious room full of light (facing a park) at the 3rd floor. There is also a meeting room and conference room at the place, which I was able to use for no additional fee. Daily room service. All the staff is very friendly and helpful despite the current tough situation in the country, always smiling and willing to help out with directions, random requests, storage of goods, etc. The breakfast menu included in the room price is varied (veggies, salads, lunch meat, eggs, juices, cereals, milk, coffee...). The hotel also runs a fairly priced lunch/dinner restaurant (try their excellent pork specialties!). The hotel could benefit from additional natural light and higher toilet flush pressure. Otherwise, I love the place and recommend it!

This is an amazing hotel. Super high end construction and amenities. Old- world materials, hardwoods, tiles, slate. The staff is really phenomenal. I got a great rate. I will surely go back. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel.

Just arrived back in Ukraine and wanted to visit friends. When I walked into the Lo don hotel I was greeted by name. They remembered me from six mo the agp. Very courteous and friendly. My room was very clean and very comfortable. All the amenities including slippers and a robe.
Breakfast in the morning had everything you could possibly expect for breakfast. A full buffet, including eggs to order. The service was great in the restaurant.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was in a great location and had its own parking lot. The restaurant at the hotel was also very nice. Although the hotel was clean, there was a smell of people smoking. If you don't smoke, this is definitely not the best choice for you. Also, our room's window was looking over the inside squared yard that had a glass roof that does not open so even if you open the window in your room you will not get any fresh air. However, the overall condition of the room and the hotel was not bad at all.
