Hotel location and view superb and stunning mountain and greenery evening both morning and evening . Staffs are given 7 star service level and they took care of us each and every moment . We had a great time and very joyful moment. Can recommend anyone for value for money as well as great relax location. Food was above average and choices for us was limited as we don’t eat pork and beef.

When we arrived at the Argyle Hotel for a three-day (2-night) stay, we received a very friendly and warm welcome. The staff, including Mr. Shiva, are very well trained and always looked after us and treated us very well. We were given a Bruce room, very spacious, The room was comfortable and clean with a direct way to the nice pool for relaxing after our busy day .Breakfast and dinner were served a la carte of very good quality. On departure, all the staff came and gave us a very friendly farewell. I then thought that I would definitely come back. The Argyle Hotel is a very beautiful luxury hotel.

Wow!! What an amazing hotel in such a beautiful location. From the moment we arrived we had such a warm welcome. Shiva made us feel right at home and was so polite and made us chuckle with his great sense of humour, he went above and beyond to make our two night stay feel special. The room was fantastic with an outstanding view of the rolling hills and you can see Adams Peak in the distance, such a beautiful sight to wake up to. All of the staff front of house, restaurant staff, bar staff and pool staff were amazing and so welcoming and always had the time to say hello. Everyone always went the extra mile to make us have a very pleasant stay. A special thank you also to Sithija in the bar for making us some lovely Mojitos, they were delicious. We were also able to borrow bicycles from the hotel to go for a ride around the tea plantations. This enabled us to get some stunning photo’s of the local area, a must if you do stay. One last thing, I’d like to thank all the staff for signing a birthday card for me and presenting the room nicely for me after dinner knowing it was my birthday the following day. It was a pleasure to meet you all.

When arriving at the hotel we have been welcomed in such a warm and cheerful way that we felt like home right away. Shiva from reception checked us in and explained the hotel facilities in a very entertaining and fun way. He went beyond and above himself to take care of our wellbeing. Even when feeling a bit unwell due to the long travel he provided us with complimentary drinks to recover. Unfortunately we do not know the name of the whole team but our gratitude also belongs to the bellman, the pool bar team and the restaurant team. They have been so attentive, seeing every little detail without having to ask for it. Moreover food is delicious, the views are breathtaking and the hotel facilities are full five stars! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Room was just beautiful, food was top class, staff were so friendly and welcoming, especially MS Rushi who was beautiful and welcoming, MS Geetha who gave me the best massage! & MR Shiva who was so funny and such a delight! All the staff are just amazing, cannot recommend this hotel enough, so clean, just stunning!! Thank you all for a wonderful, amazing stay, and in helping us make beautiful memories x

My family and I just had the most amazing time at Hotel Argyle in Hatton, Sri Lanka! From the moment we walked in, the staff—Nathan, Vthu, Avishka, Suren, Chamod, Rushanthi, Siva, Dilan, Jana, and everyone else—made us feel super welcome and right at home. Our room was lovely—spacious, clean, and with the most stunning views of the mountains. The location was just perfect for exploring the nearby tea plantations and gorgeous waterfalls. Plus, the staff were more than happy to help us set up tours and transportation, which made everything so easy. A big hit for my son was the outdoor pool and the buffet—he had a blast! Speaking of food, the meals at the hotel’s restaurant were absolutely delicious. We really loved the variety of dishes available. We also noticed the little touches in the room amenities and how clean everything was, which truly added to our experience. All in all, our stay at Hotel Argyle was fantastic! We couldn’t recommend it more for anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway in the beautiful hill country of Sri Lanka! Thank you Argyle

We arrived at The Argyle on our honeymoon after the scenic train journey from Kandy, we were greeted with a smile, amazing service and an early check in! Facilities are incredible. First class service, complimentary high tea with a view of the tea plantations was delicious and an experience to remember! All the staff are so kind, accommodating. Nothing ever too much! Always ensuring you are happy with everything. Couldn't recommend enough and cannot wait to come back!

Very nice hotel set within a beautiful scenery. The heated pool and the room were amazing. Food was brilliant. Special thanks to Sinthija for the nice chats and the good drinks. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. There tea plantations and factories to visit nearby. All staff were very helpful and friendly.
