Salisbury Street Guesthouse

We stayed here recently whilst in Long Eaton. The location for the town is great and there was a car park which cost £4 (as Sundays are free) within 5 mins walk of the property. Check in was nice and easy, the room was really clean and having the use of the kitchen was a nice touch. The only reason I have taken a star off is the rooms are really small and our room right at the front door was a little noisy, either from people coming into the building or walking on the pavement which was right behind our heads. The owner was great at communicating though and the bed really comfortable. We had an enjoyable stay for our one night here.

I would certainly recommend the Salibury Street Guest House..whatever your needs..be it a place to stay when attending a local event or just somewhere to stay for a while...owners Kath and Dom will give you a friendly welcome...they are good people...This guest house has to be the top place in the area..no question...

This guest house is terrible... The rooms are small, no where to hang your clothes, one room stuck up in a hot loft room with only a sky light window my sons room no ensuite bathroom as paid for. The photographs are totally misleading and rooms so small we could not stay there as going to a wedding and physically impossible to get ready in rooms. Asked owners for one night refund for goodwill but totally ignored the request just refunded a £30 cleaning bill!!! Also cancelled me off of *********** so i could not write a review....
