There was no ice unfortunately, however they sorted me out with a cold bottle of water. Superstars! I didn’t dine, as I ran out time. But I’m hoping to on my next stay. Thanks guys!"

"Very loud neighbourhood with constant outside noise. The walls are extremely thin, I could hear people talking in the next room. The heating system was broken, so we were given two small plug-in radiators that kept overheating the room, then switching off and making it cold again. Sleep was horrible. The spa is very small, with no space in the sauna and the pool crowded with kids. We paid £177 for one night on the top floor with lounge access, but the lounge had no snacks—only soft drinks (drink selection was okay). Overall, poor value for the price."

"we stayed in a club room, which came with gym and pool access - the facilities are good and the gym is fully equipped. The ladies serving breakfast are very friendly especially young Asian girl and there are veg options available. Nature reserve only 10 mins walk from the hotel - highly recommend. The room itself had issues with wifi and tv signal. I logged a complaint on their app but nobody came so the next day I had to go to reception again. They didn’t give me a solution like moving room for a better wifi. Club Rooms don’t have a fridge or a telephone so you have to send messages via chat which is annoying."

"The hotel had secure parking facilities. The owner allowed us to park before checking in as we were early and the space was avaliable. When we entered the hotel there were a lot of flies. It was in need of decorating as paintwork was chipped and carpets worn. The room and bathroom was clean but curtains were dirty as was the half curtain on the four poster bed. The shower would not change temperature and was like Satan had set it. 🥵 Then I went to use the bath towels and they were folded in half and stitched together. I couldn't understand why? It was 36° and they did provide a fan but, be aware there is no AC. The door has a gap around it ana so noisy, the landing light must be on a sensor and kept going on and off all night a d shining through the door. Its not a great night's rest."
