We chose to stay here as hotel had above average rating. The room was nice and the bed comfortable, but we chose to eat after 9am as breakfast is until 10am. That was a bad decision as hot food was gone and no one refilled it. This was disappointing.

It was very quiet when we were there on a Friday night. The breakfast had a wide variety of food, and it was very good. The swimming pool and hot tub were also very nice. The beds and pillows were also very comfortable.

I had a confirmation email for my reservation but when I got here they said they had no room. Finally settled us in a large room with a hidabed. Then I couldn’t order room service.

Was unable to cancel and get refund, so changed plans and stayed anyways. Breakfast bad, waffle maker was not working, eggs were empty, sausage over cooked. English muffin was hard. Had dried cereal, no skim milk.
