Nice dinner, definitely get the chargrilled pork as main, juicy and tender, the sauce worked perfectly with the rice and the meat! I was a bit disappointed that I have to leave early and missed the breakfast to get to the airport, however they prepared me a onigiri bento breakfast to bring along, truly amazing and appreciated.

Very traditional onsen hotel. It is a little old but generally serviceable, though there is a slight sulphur smell which is normal in such hotels. Hotel staff have excellent service levels. Dinner is not gourmet level for good value for money. The WiFi was intermittent which is unfortunate but not a deal breaker.

The room does not have a shower, only a toilet. To shower, you have to use the public baths on the first floor. The room is huge. The dinner is fantastic.

It's average, the hot spring is a bit small, with a pool inside and outside. Fortunately, there are not many people when I go in the morning and evening, otherwise it will be really crowded.

It's rare to find an inn as wonderful as this one where you can receive this kind of service at this price. There are many large, famous accommodations in the neighborhood, but I felt that only a small inn like this could provide so many wonderful, detailed services. I think that the facilities, hot springs, food, service, and location are all fantastic and perfect. I definitely recommend it.

The hotel is clean and the evening kaiseki cuisine is delicious. The wine list is reasonably priced. The location is very convenient, and the Bear Ranch and Jigokudani Onsen are both within a 5-minute walk.

Not recommended at all...many aspects made me uncomfortable. There is no bathroom in the room. If you want to take a bath, you must go to the hot spring on the first floor. I took off my clothes and was about to go in when I was stopped by an elderly employee with a very bad attitude. I was asked to return to the room and told to hold a small towel to cover myself when entering the bathhouse. Your guidelines didn’t say this at all...but what can I say, the food was still delicious?

The hotel is located on the hot spring street, very close to the bus station, opposite to 711, and convenient to the Bear Ranch and Jigokudani. The staff speaks very good English and can communicate without any obstacles. The kaiseki cuisine and breakfast are also delicious. The hot springs are divided into indoor and open-air. I personally feel that the open-air ones are very artistic and I like them very much~

Nice environment 👍 Reasonable price 👍 The only drawback is that private baths require reservation in advance. There are fugu dishes to choose from in Japanese cuisine, which is quite a surprise 🙂

The hotel is not bad, it is a boutique hotel. There is no disturbance from tour groups, it is very Japanese style, 2750 can be arranged for a 50-minute private bath, and the dinner is also very stylish. However, there is no shower in the room, you have to go to the hot spring area on the first floor.

Near the cable car station, 5 minutes walk to the station and 8 minutes walk to Jigokudani. The hotel's hot spring ♨️ is very good and feels quite exquisite and small. Personally, I feel that the private bath is not very meaningful if you are not a couple. It needs to be paid. It is best to make an appointment early for dinner so that you can dine according to your preferences. The meal is Japanese with 6 courses.

The hotel is located in Hot Spring Street with convenient transportation. The front desk of the hotel can speak fluent English and there is no problem in communication. Breakfast and dinner were also good. The room was very spacious and the mattress was comfortable. The price-performance ratio was high.
