Contrary to some reviews which said that only The Desert Rose hotel had views of Uluru, my room here had a balcony, from the balcony we could see Uluru. It was lovely.

The hotel with the best environment in Ayers Rock Scenic Area, the front desk staff is warm and thoughtful, the hotel is an eight-minute walk from the observation deck, and it is very convenient to watch the sunrise

The hotel is located in a scenic area, with small supermarkets and shops nearby. The rooms are spacious and clean. The front desk service can patiently introduce tourist projects. The restaurant is good. It would be better if it could speed up.

The room was booked too late, and only twin rooms were available. We happened to meet two tour groups, and it seemed that the hotel was not very staffed. The hotel's buffet in the evening can be avoided directly, 100🔪 per person, there are few choices of ingredients, and the seafood is not very fresh But the food at Waḻpa Lobby Bar is pretty good and highly recommended! Overall, the check-in experience was good, but the service was poor. I saw luggage being transported from a private car, but there was no help. In the end, we used the luggage cart to push it back to the room.

The room was very clean, and the bed was big and comfortable. The bathroom had enough towels, the shower water was big, and the switch was push-type, which was very convenient. You can set a suitable temperature by just pressing the button. There were lounge chairs on the balcony, and there was an outdoor swimming pool outside. The restaurant was not big and there were not many dishes. The price was more expensive than Melbourne or Sydney, and because there was only one restaurant, you had to queue for a long time at night. So it would be best to avoid the peak hours.

The room was big and clean. The hotel pool, garden and lounge were all quite comfortable. The restaurant was quite poor. They didn't provide room service or take away. And when there were only three or four tables of guests, I had to wait for more than 50 minutes for a cup of iced American coffee, and finally a hot cup was served... But I took a walk to see several other hotels in the resort. It is true that this one has the best hardware, but the service needs to be improved.

It's not easy to find a hotel like this in the desert. It's a quieter and more upscale hotel in the resort.

The room is spacious, but the air conditioning system is noisy, and it is difficult for people with poor sleep to fall asleep. The facilities are very old. After paying with Ctrip, the store deducted the money twice, which is terrible. There is no refund yet. The front desk service is unfriendly. In February, during the off-peak period, a very remote room was arranged, next to the tool room. I asked to change the room but it was not changed. I was told that the remaining room was for the disabled, and some were almost reserved. I walked over on a hot day and found that the card was not set up, so I ran a second time. The service in the restaurant and the doorman and logistics is still very friendly, but overall, it is a drop in the bucket~ Avoid thunder
