Have stayed before and location is good but surprisingly the bathrobe was having some stain and slippers were already used , cannot imagine such mistake coming from a brand like Marriott .

Good hotel , nice central location, friendly & supportive staff Nice breakfast Clean rooms and very good accessories Executive lounge services are excellent. Overall very good service and highly recommended for business travelers Also close to railway station

I stayed at this hotel for one night during my business trip, and my experience was fantastic. Nice location and good service! The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. Thank you.

The room was absolutely amazing. In addition to the room being great, the views of Ningbo and the river area was breathtaking. The breakfast was superb with a great selection of both western and Chinese offerings. Close to all the action from restaurants, shopping and clubs.

The location is great, close to the river bank and shopping/dining destinations. One of the most courteous service staff I’ve ever seen. Everyone was so polite and helpful, even the cleaning lady in the lobby area. Eden at the front desk was especially friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there during my next trip to Ningbo.

The hotel lobby is spacious, well-lit, the staff is really willing to help when you have a problem with something (special thank you to Mr. Hubert), my room was well prepared at my arrival so I could just relax, the room had a really nice view over the river, tasty breakfast, overall I recommend it and I will definitely visit it again.

Clean but people cannot speak English very well. It is not acceptable in a 5 stars hotel. They need to have more staff that speaks English.

Wonderful stay in the Marriott. Excellent service, breakfast had great choices, good coffee and the rooms were comfortable and relaxing. I would recommend the location as it was perfect. Would stay here again.
