Actually it was the nightmare. First it started with arguing regarding deposit. Omg what deposit??? And the fault is on the side of Trip.com as there wasn’t clearly written and visible that. If so then I would never choose it. And the place was so old, bed small to me as I’m 186cm tall I can’t comfortably stretch my self. And the worst nightmare was the service. On the reception was a woman probably from Philippines who pretended she doesn’t understand English. And she was so rude, calling me in Chinese f…g bad…d as many other bad words. She thinks I don’t understand her but I keep calm. I don’t suggest anyone to visit this place.

Have stayed here twice since 2017 and will likely stay here again. Meets all of a solo traveler's basic needs. Location is great.

청킹맨션으로 갈까 하다가 청킹맨션의 안전문제때문에 여기로 잡아봤는데 청킹맨션보다 훨씬 심각하네. 일단 입구의 전기분전함부터 당장 불나도 이상할것같지 않아보임. 객실이 좁고 창문이 없는건 고지된 부분이니 이해하지만, 곰팡이 냄새가 너무많이 올라옴. 에어컨 배수구가 화장실로 나와있어서 화장실 바닥이 늘 젖어있음. 침대에 어떤년 머리털 보지털 굴러다니는데 과연 청소를 하긴 하는건지 역겨웠음. 금연이라고는 하지만 방에 재떨이가 비치되어 있고, 어딘가에서 담배냄새가 들어옴. 다들 방에서 담배피우는듯. 명색이 홍콩인데 프론트데스크 직원 영어 못함. 레이디스마켓이라는 입지는 좋은데… 안전문제와 청결문제가 심각함.

真的特別差 上去樓道很破爛 一直在裝修 晚上白天都很吵 隔音還很垃圾 根本不能好好休息 服務態度也很無語 真的是不把顧客當顧客… 反正就是一整個冤大頭

Tanggapan dari Properti: 你這個客人我們這邊也知道是那一位，大廈正在維修，這個不是我們管轄範圍內，相信客人不在梯間睡覺，為什麼客人不拍一下房間的照片？而衹拍梯間？因為房間環境對得起價格，已經跟客人説了很多次，如果有要求，不應該選擇民宿形賓館，應該繞道去入住一些上千的3-4星酒店，香港並沒有300-400元酒店級標準環境及服務，香港物價高昂，地少人多寸金寸土，一分錢一分貨，無論交通費住宿費也是一個字貴！見識不廣的人解釋也不懂，希望其他客人能看到我們賓館這段回覆，自行判斷！

離地鐵口很近，蠻方便的。但是不熟路會不好找，打了電話才找到的，因為酒店招牌被擋住了。可能房間內沒有窗户的關係所以感覺床有點潮潮的，除去床後剩下的空間還可以不算小，大行李箱也可以敞開，廁所和香港其他旅館一樣都是小小的。衹能説這個價格也不要求什麼

服務態度很好很親切，地段對我本人想說很方便，行幾步就到地鐵站，房間乾淨，最讓我滿意的是熱水能長開，不像一般賓館要煲熱，而且只用幾分鐘就變冷，將來希望價錢會回到對應它應該的價錢。
