It was a real good hotel and I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very kind and the hotel was totally equipped. It was near cableway and the river ski and entertainment. I was fully satisfied. 😊

This is a very nice hotel, close to the most busy central street. It has great location within 5 minutes walk to many interesting places. The hotel staff is very friendly. The service is very quick after request. We’ll definitely come back next time.

The location is great but housekeeping needs a lot of improvement for it to say it is a five-star hotel. I can tell the housekeepers rush through their cleaning because one day they forgot to clean out my garbage can. The chairs in the room are never returned to their original position.

Location: The hotel is conveniently located 3 mins walk from Central Street, making it easy to explore the heart of Harbin. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. However, note that the road is one-way, which can result in a longer taxi ride.
Room: My room was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed. I appreciated the complimentary fruit, milk, and mini souvenirs provided upon arrival.
Service: The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any requests, even in the middle of the night. I am very grateful for their help, especially at 3 AM.

It was my first time in Harbin, and I chose this hotel. The service was very good, the room was spacious and clean, and parking was very convenient. There was plenty of space for a family with children. Central Street, Songhua River, Sun Island Cable Car, and Red Brick Morning Market were all very close, making travel convenient.

The family room we stayed in had a view of the river. We even went for a run by the river at night. I especially liked the big bathtub. There was also a free disposable bathtub cover, which was very hygienic and thoughtful. The most heartwarming thing was the service at the front desk, as well as the manager's various service upgrades. He also asked us to bring some food to eat on the way. This experience was super good. The people of Heilongjiang are so enthusiastic. Thank you very much🥰🥰🥰

The hotel room is quite big, and the facilities are OK, but the hygiene is really bad. We checked in in the afternoon, took a short rest and went out to eat. After dinner, my family wanted to go to the toilet. We opened the toilet lid with the words "disinfected" and found that the toilet seat was full of sticky urine stains. I called the front desk, and the front desk said to find someone to clean it. Up to this point, I still thought that it was enough to wipe it clean. At worst, I would wipe it carefully later. A cleaning lady came later and used a toilet brush to dip the water in the toilet and then wipe the toilet seat in front of me. I was really shocked by this operation. I asked her how she could wipe it like this. She explained that the water in the toilet was clean because they would pour some cleaning liquid into it when they cleaned it. My brain froze for a while, and then I asked if there were urine stains on the toilet seat. Are you sure you cleaned it? Then according to your logic, how can the water in the toilet reach the standard of cleanliness you said? During the wiping process, she explained that it might be glue from the toilet mat that someone else stuck on it. Look at the picture. It would be strange if this shape, color, and position were glue from the toilet mat. The next step was that the front desk changed my room. The front desk attitude was very good, kept apologizing, and helped us get a taxi after checking out, but these were not important to us. The hotel should improve its hygiene. The other things were icing on the cake. In fact, when I changed to a new room, I opened the quilt when I went to sleep and found that there were stains on the quilt cover, but I was too lazy to bother with it. I barely slept for one night. This is the most unhygienic hotel of the same level that I have stayed in.
