I just stayed one night here as a base for visiting Nizwa. The hotel is next a busy highway and needs a taxi to get to the city centre. Check in was quick enough despite lots of photocopying and signing. The room was spacious and mine had fairly unspectacular views of the highway. The bathroom didn't feel particularly clean, hairs in the shower grime in the tiles. The shower pressure was also low meaning you spend some of the time stood under a luke warm trickle. The AC didn't work in my room, but as a plus, when I called reception about it, someone was there within minutes to fix it. As with most hotels in Nizwa, don't expect a bar of any description - not a criticism, just an observation.

We had a suit with 2 rooms which was infested with bed bugs. Notified the receptionist. The only thing that he did was asking for the video that I took from the headboards where bugs were growling around and Room was switched with another one . I slept in my car that night as I was grossed out ! Just a warning for tourists!

Old style accommodation, but comfortable and clean. Plenty of toiletries but no rack in shower for soap. Sleep comfort was good although pillows were small and hard. Food was ok and there is a self serve coffee machine in the dining room. Room has a heater switch for the hot water system which we turned off by mistake during an initial flurry of checking light switches. Unlicenced venue but do not despair it is a comfortable 1km walk to Falaj Daris Hotel for alcohol relief.

We had a great stay at Al Diyar Hotel. It's an older hotel that appeared to host all types of travelers, including large tour groups. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Our room was clean and had everything that we needed. It's located outside of downtown Nizwa, but it's a short drive away. We had dinner at the hotel, which was good. Breakfast was great with many local and international options. The wi-fi worked well and parking was free. The price of the hotel was very fair for our stay. We had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

I must say I quite liked the Al Diyar Hotel. It actually exceeded my own expectations. The twin bedroom I was given was huge, with an equally huge private veranda. The entrance Hall despite being quite big, was nevertheless cosy with its lined up sofas.

L’hotel è a 3 km dal centro, sulla strada principale molto trafficata, in periferia. Noi avevamo una camera sul retro, non sentivamo rumori dalla strada ma alle 5 il richiamo del muezzin della moschea vicina. Camera stantia con odore di piretro appena entrati. Bagno rifatto recentemente ma con doccia senza un appoggio per lo schampoo o il sapone, phon a parete del secolo scorso. Pulizia scarsa. Abbiamo cenato e fatto colazione per due giorni e direi che l’offerta è scarsa e la qualità scadente

ニズワの中心から南に3キロ強。交通不便そうだが、乗合タクシーに慣れると便利。とはいえ、車を有する旅行者向けか。部屋は値段の割にゴージャス。プールも付いている。タクシーチャーターを依頼したら、ルートの念押し、値段交渉までしてくれた。

ho passato una notte in questo hotel durante un tour di 3 giorni partendo da Muscat assolutamente nulla da eccepire magari un po' retro nell'aspetto però non mancava di niente che fosse necessario: la camera pulita con tutto quello che può servire dagli asciugamani puliti, ai saponi allo shampoo...anche anche carina direi; nel cortile interno c'è una piscina grande e una piccola , nell'ingresso dell'hotel come dappertutto in Oman la postazione con il caffè omanita e datteri a disposizione del cliente... abbiamo cenato in hotel, anche sulla cena nulla da ridire personale gentile servizievole sorridente come dappertutto in Oman. davvero niente da ridire
