Ulasan Hilton Niseko Village

I had an excellent experience at Hilton Niseko Village! From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with super friendly staff making us feel right at home. The hotel’s restaurant was fantastic — delicious food with a great atmosphere. What truly stood out was the impressive level of customer service throughout our stay. I’d like to give a special mention to one staff member, Winter Song, who went above and beyond to take care of us. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly made our stay extra memorable. She provided some of the best customer service we’ve ever experienced. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Niseko!

Lovely place to stay. Management needs to upgrade the hotel to be worthy of the brand Hilton. Its gotten a bit old le. Nice view of mount yotei

The service is average and I definitely expected more from the brand name. There is no water provided. When requested through room service, 3 bottles were delivered. And again no water on the 2nd day. Many restaurants in the hotel was closed and only have 2 choices. The restaurant service is good. Other than that the rest is per expectation. We got the room we booked and it was clean. Location is good.

Location was good, where the ski is in-front of the hotel. Free Shuttle bus every 30mins to Hirafu and Kutchan JR station. Breakfast was very nice. Bathroom is super outdated, not clean enough. Rooms are very big! Outdoor onsen was the best!!

The hotel located at Niseko Village. Here you can get everything from ski resort to nice village. The hotel itself very well maintain. Room is nice and clean.

Perfect location right next to their own ski school. Lobby is cosy, the facilities and services are as well as they used to be.

The room was standard Hilton. Ski in ski out, and have very convenient shuttle services to connect with other resorts. Staffs are very nice and professional, a well balanced global team make passengers from different places feel like home. One the other light worth to mention was the TEA ceremony holds by a tea master from Kyoto. Since Hokkaido was famous because it’s dairy products, i didn’t expect run into such a thing here. The tea master really puts a lot of thought into how to make the guests feel the authentic Japanese tea culture. The process wasn’t too complicated for foreigners to follow, and it will amazingly put you in a zen peace mode, like a sort of meditation. Worth to stop by if you stay there.

Skiing right at the doorstep of the hotel. However no communication on the perks that hotel guests are eligible for until we enquire at the ski ticketing counter. Guests can access the 2 gondola lines for free - luckily we didn’t buy tickets prior

Hotel location is not near Niseko city centre & main ski center, however it has its own skiing field which is smaller. Hotel has shuttle to city centre & free parking & onsen, breakfast venue has beautiful snow view. Recommended!

Was good for snowboarding and skiing with gondola & ski in ski out. A room a bit old , breakfast was good . Services was good

Excellent rooms which are large enough to accommodate a family of four with 2 children (aged 10 and 12) inclusive. The Niseko-yo was also nearby to offer a wider option for food choices. The view for breakfast during my trip was simply breathtaking. Breakfast buffet spread was the best I have ever had (and my standards are pretty high!) For those who love skiing around Niseko, the hotel offers shuttle bus services around this area. Facilities and amenities live up to the Hilton name. Onsen is superb! Will definitely stay here again. My best experience ever. The buffet breakfast was insanely delicious and various. The mt youtei view from my room was and still memorable for me. For me as solo traveler, was perfect choice to stay there and for sure will come back there in the future.
