Amazing location, friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. It was a pleasure staying there as it was so easy to get around. Food options are not the best at the hotel but it’s easy to find good food around the area.

I had the absolute best stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and comfortable. They were so accommodating, always ready to help with a smile, and truly made the experience unforgettable. The location was unbeatable, just steps away from the train station, which made getting around so easy. Plus, there were so many shops and restaurants nearby, making it the perfect spot to explore the area without needing to venture far. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more. Thank you for such a memorable stay!

This was my second time staying at the Best Western. The location is perfect, with lots of cafes and shops close by. The rooms are small but have everything you need, and the art deco style adds a nice touch. For the price, it’s such great value. I’d happily stay there again!

We arrived earlier than check in time at 12pm but were made to wait til 3pm to check in. Had to ask multiple times if we could check in as we were tired from travelling. The least u could do is accommodate us and give us an available room. People who came after us got their rooms first so there's no excuse!

I enjoyed my stay and the staff were good. The location is decent, about 15 mins walk to the restaurants by the beach, though it is right in the middle of old town. The elevators were really old and slow, the shower had good pressure but smelled a bit bad. There is nothing really 'wrong' with this place, but I wouldn't say it was an excellent experience. Of course, it was not that expensive either anyway. The staff were polite and excellent.

Neat and tidy, located in the city centre, surrounded with shopping malls. Really near to go to every place of interest. Staff are hospitable. Enjoyed staying there!

Amazing Hotel in the middle of City , Staffs are very friendly . Andee , at the reception was very welcoming and service minded . I highly recommend this place to everyone . Its close to Train Station too just like 10 min walk .
