Ulasan Polar Bear Youth Apartment (Shenzhen North Railway Station)

Generally happy with the stay. Locating the apartment was a challenge as there are many buildings in the apartment complex and no apartment name as listed and no detail info about the unit. The guard could not let me in unless I can provide the unit number. Thanks to the kind-hearted guard who helped me call the landlord and got me in. So make sure you have a local phone number to call. Other roommates are mostly long term stay Chinese citizens. The bed was good but the bathroom could be cleaner. It is a short walking to the Shenzhen library and art museum that I greatly enjoyed. I could also leave my luggage there till late in the evening and the communication with the landlady was good too. Also a lot of restaurants around it and close to subway station.

Had a nice stay, great host. Better call him and know the location, bit hard to find the exact location.

Formally everything is ok, but the bathroom was not clean and my bed weren't as well as I checked in. I found plenty of hair on my matress which wasn't mine. Also, if you're tall (like over 185cm) the beds are a little too short.

Good spot but some confusion with where I was staying when i first arrived. My advice is call the hotel contact number if there are issues and they will be very helpful.

Simple bunk bed set up in an apartment building for unbeatable price. It was quite hard to find. I would advise the hotel puts WeChat details on the listing so people can ask how to find the place, it took me ages. Otherwise, all good

Hygiene: The room is clean and has a curtain to cover it, but there may be bottles under the bed, probably because the previous guests left their luggage there, and it is difficult for the boss to clean it up. Facilities: There is a refrigerator, washing machine, slippers, but no water dispenser and towels. There are tables and chairs in the lobby to meet office needs. It seems that there are some permanent guests, who should work nearby. The floor is high, so the scenery is also good. If you have the leisure time, it is actually not bad to live here.

The accommodation is located in a modernly managed large apartment with a very luxurious ground floor lobby. Close to Shenzhen Library North Building and Shenzhen Art Gallery is also the extremely popular Hongshan 6979 shopping mall. Very complete viewing and eating.

Oh my gosh, thank you for encountering such a good platform. Why didn’t I discover it earlier? I’ll continue to rush in the future! Affordable and cost-effective. Great experience. Will come again next time
