Everything was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and huge. We really enjoyed the included breakfast. It was abundant and easily accessible. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The free shuttle is not available when the front desk staff informed me, you have to pretty much plead with the parking person to please arrange for a ride to get you to the airport.

Our hotel stay was comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed the room set up. Especially after a long day of activities. But downfall was the valet parking. On the last day, after we closed out our hotel bill. We went to pick up our car. The attendant at the desk would not release the car to us and it delayed our departure. We just wanted to retrieve our car, which was parked in front and was not a bother for us walk over, and drive away. Instead she tells a car attendant who doesn't drive stick shift get the car. Then he has get another attendant who drive stick shift to bring it to us. That ordeal waisted thirty minutes and I was late for work.

This hotel is bombbb😫! I would stay here over and over and the bartender knows how to make GREAT DRINKS. Order you a blue lagoon, kick ya feet up and have a blast cause this hotel is top tier!
