After all, it's a new high-rise building, the location is OK, but the air conditioning temperature can't be adjusted high. I asked a worker to fix it. One room was fixed, but the other one was not fixed. It was still quite cold at night.

I have to say that old money men have pretty good taste. Because the hotel has a good impression of Chuan Jianguo. The quality of the entire hotel is very high, and the guests are full of old money style. The gym is unified with the Technogym brand, which is actually not what Ctrip advertises. In addition to the high-end configuration, there are occasionally some small technological surprises. It is just across the street from Central Park. The location is extremely friendly. Willing to stay again.

The hostel is well located but keep in mind that this is just a basic hostel, nothing fancy. We stayed three nights, wouldn’t have stayed any longer tbh. The rooms were clean, so as the bathrooms but what we didn’t like was the volume in the hostel. Nobody was particularly loud but the doors of the rooms and bathrooms close extremely loudly that you will wake up from that in the middle of the night. Ear plugs are a necessity. Also the staff at the front desk was not very friendly especially the staff for the luggage drop off, keep in mind that you have to pay for the drop off, which I found quite rude and expensive. Wouldn’t stay here again but for a short cheap stay it is totally fine

Hotel is in the prime location,the main diadvantage they dont have lifts and even they dont provide drinking water ,you have to buy your own .

Staying at the Paraount New York on Broadway offered a delightful experience. The hotel's prime location provided easy access to Broadway shows and Times Square. The location is nice, close to Times Square. The hotel is clean, as other Hilton hotels. Breakfasts are good too, with very pleasant service. But there are some things that left that bitter feeling after my stay that I would like to share. 1. Destination charge. This is the second Hilton hotel in New York I have stayed at, and both charged additional USD35 for so-called destination fee per night. As the receptionist said, it’s MANDATORY. This 35 dollars are charged per day and the guest must use it the same day, they don’t even accumulate. How do you spend it? In the hotel restaurant or bar. What can you buy with it? Three bottles of drinking water, or two cans of beer…. Why am I forced to spend my money on the things that I don’t need and that are so overpriced? You already charged me for the room, and I happily paid for it. 2. The hotel page here shows a picture of “swimming”. It’s a rooftop swimming pool. I was excited to have a chance to spend some time in the pool. The reception said there was none. Please remove the picture from the page, as it is misleading. 3. There is no tea or coffee in the room. That’s the amenity available in every hotel, even the cheap ones. But when we called the service, they said: no, we don’t offer coffee or tea. But they did bring us a kettle:) I can see that it’s not listed in the available amenities here, but I didn’t even expect that. It’s such a little thing that makes your guest’s stay more comfortable. Anyways, it was quite a pleasant stay despite these unpleasant details. Thank you.

A nice hotel! We were looking for a hotel to stay and were able to book this last minute. Check-in was possible after 1 am as well. The staff was very kind and the stay was pleasant as well. Although it was on Times Square it was not noisy at all which made the stay pleasant as well! Overall we had a great stay.

It's the small room but enough for three. The location is pretty good. It's around Times Square so it's easy for us to walk around there. The problem is there is no space for changing the clothes in the bathroom so we have to go out from the shower room and take clothes on. When one person is taking a shower, other two were waiting in the lobby in our case. But we could check in before three and they kept our luggage after check out so this stay was pretty good.
