Nice located n well service but i lost couple ****s there n they didnt find it back

I have stayed here a number of times and generally am quite pleased. This stay was sub par. The computer systems at the front were down the entire stay resulting in extended time to check in and check out. Tthey promised to call once the room was ready and that never happened. And, if that were not enough, the HVAC system in the room did not work making for a bad night of rest. I will rethink returning to the Park Lane.

We loved this hotel. It was very attractive with spacious room and fabulous housekeeping. Convenient location. Nice area.

The room clean but service is a bit slow. Only two bottles of water not enough. Business

酒店房間40平米，空間夠大，酒店對面就是中央公園，從中央公園穿過，步行到大都會博物館大概25分鐘，周邊黃線藍線綠線地鐵出行方便，這裏特別要説一下攜程的服務，非常棒，住酒店期間遇到任何問題都幫忙解決，下次還會在攜程上訂酒店

服務好，外賣有人送上去，還不收小費，比我以前定的酒店面積大，馬路就是中央公園，地理位置好。真心推薦！

對華人非常不友好！態度惡劣！我們帶着孩子訂了了間套房，非常要我加8600元的升級，才能入住。不住就扣一天房費3700元左右！堅決不讓我們入住，我們衹能帶着孩子又找酒店，浪費了幾個小時，我們衹能在大堂等候協程處理！大堂又小又臟有村裡的歐式農家樂的味道！唯一好的是大服務生幫着上下行李！

酒店就在中央公園的前面，鄰近博物館及第五大街，行名牌店只需走路去，不用坐車。 酒店房間寬敞，設計特別，只是洗手間比較細。 如果想在酒店吃自助早餐，最好在平台上購買。因為在酒店即日購買價錢會是75美金。

地點都很好，旁邊就是第五大道精品區！我的房間面對紐約中央公園，我喜歡美麗的天空和樹海景觀！我也很喜歡這漂亮的房間！我下次會再選擇入住The place is very good, next to the Fifth Avenue boutique area! My room faces New York Central Park, I love the beautiful sky and tree sea view! I also love this beautiful room! I will choose to stay next time

房間設施都比較老舊，服務一般，感覺沒有上次住的好，酒店地理位置得天獨厚，中央公園景色很美。
