Ulasan Hotel Edison Times Square

Walaupun hotel ini terletak di Times Square, namun sangat bobrok dan memiliki kualitas yang sama dengan guest house domestik, namun harganya lebih mahal dibandingkan jaringan internasional bintang lima Westin dan Sheraton di Times Square. Foto-foto di Ctrip semuanya telah diperbaiki dengan jahat. Saya tertipu oleh gambar-gambar palsu ini ketika saya memesannya. Kenyataannya sama sekali tidak sesuai dengan gambarannya. Silakan lihat foto yang saya ambil untuk mengetahui status kamar sebenarnya. Kebisingan AC di dalam ruangan mencapai 63 desibel. Setelah komplain ke Ctrip, Ctrip mengaku menyadarinya, namun tidak mengubahnya ke gambar sebenarnya.

Pelayanannya cuek dan berminyak, pelayannya tua goreng, kamarnya berisik sekali, dan fasilitasnya rata-rata. Bahkan di Times Square, di mana setiap inci tanahnya mahal, rasio harga/kinerja lokasi ini tidak tinggi. Anda memiliki banyak hotel untuk dipilih di sini, jangan pilih hotel ini.

Untuk mengomentari hotel ini, saya hanya bisa mengatakan bahwa lokasinya bagus. Nyaman untuk pergi ke mana pun di sebelah Times Square. Saya tidak bisa mengatakan apa-apa lagi. Hotelnya sudah tua dan fasilitasnya sudah tua.

Lokasi bagus, kamar tidak ada kulkas, ventilasi pembuangan, fasilitas kamar sangat sederhana, lobi juga semrawut, pokoknya tidak ada pelayanan.

Lokasi di sini sangat bagus, tepat di sebelah Times Square! Sangat mudah untuk pergi ke mana saja, dan dekat dengan stasiun kereta bawah tanah! Sikap petugas pelayanan juga sangat baik, dan petugas kebersihan juga sangat baik, namun AC rusak selama tiga malam saya menginap, malam pertama dan malam ketiga... suhu kamar 80 derajat Fahrenheit ... keesokan harinya AC berubah, tetapi rusak lagi pada malam ketiga ...

Ini sangat nyaman dan tenang. Sarapan gratis, tapi butuh waktu lama untuk mendapatkan tempat.

The employees here at the Edison are not up to speed with customer service. I get better respect from the public on the street all the way from upper to lower Manhattan than I do from the people here that work at the Edison especially the front desk. They are so to react when you have a problem such as no batteries in the remote to changing the towels since we're staying more than one night. The rooms are a 12x12 room with a coin bed which pretty much is a joke and I will get better service, cleanliness and customer service at probably half the price at a place like the pods here in times square.

I am from Singapore. Edison is very expensive . Hotel is only good for location . they work like a business man everything has to pay. Even luggage to be rested in hotel lobby for 2 t hours after check out need US$1 per piece. Complimentary breakfast was disappointed. Probably I mid read I thought it was sit in with hotel spread of buffet breakfast but it was not. They asked you to pay another US$5 to give you a take away crossaint n coffee n a fruit and not sit in. Will not reccomend for this hotel as I paid extra in the price with complimentary 2 breakfast and realised that I still have to pay another US $5 . Only the card key is pretty Incurred an Additional taxes of US$81

You book with Trip and when you get there, you are charged an extra $35 per day for service. Valet parking is only available until 12am. The included breakfast is a grab and go, if you want to sit down you have to pay extra. The room was tiny, barely enough room to walk around the bed.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. They treat you with no respect. Refused to give us breakfast tickets, has us wait in queue 3 times. Bag service wouldn't let us check in bags. Waited in line for 2 hours, self check in doesn't give you breakfast tickets. Don't stay here.

The hotel is good and the location is fabulous. Maybe that makes the staff not care about customers as they know people are going to bring business to that location anyway. I think the staff needs to understand that they do not need to be so inhospitable and unwelcoming in nature. They do not even look up to you even if you are waiting there for 2-3 hours. I reached 2 hours early and opted to sit in the lobby when it was 3:05 pm I asked for the room as I checked in earlier the host said please wait there and showed me her hand briefly pointing straight. Now she is extremely busy and wants me to understand that she asked me to stand by pointing straight. Not understanding her hand gesture, I returned to sit and at 3:20 I went to her again (mind you she is very busy doesn’t even look at you even if you are waiting right in front of her). This time she said oh you did not stand so my colleague did not help you. Although was sitting just in-front of the desk. That’s when I lost it as I was hungry , tired and exhausted and said “I might faint now I cannot keep waiting for you honestly”. That’s when she handed me a key immediately. My question is, if she can give a key why so much hassle to someone who checked in 2 hours prior? What is this sadistic pleasure? Anyway guys you can go there just expect the staff to have a “I don’t care” attitude. The staff thinks that the money we spent for their room is something they are entitled for. The room was small but clean, which was my priority.

Was a lovely hotel with beautiful pieces of.art in the lobby, in an excellent location. It was easy to get to from JFK Airport by public transport or taxi. There was a live music bar and a couple of restaurants amd the staff were friendly.

Very Good Location

We came to the city for the first time in almost 20 years to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. We had tickets to almost famous and wanted to have a very special weekend together. The woman at the front desk was so sweet and kind and offered us congratulations and gave us an upgrade for free to a king suite from regular king room. It was a beautiful spacious room, well decorated with a comfortable sofa and big screen, TVs, extra towels, and everything one could want. The staff was helpful and accommodating and recommended a great spot for dinner. Breakfast to go was perfect in the morning. Complete with coffee and lots of smiles. We can’t wait to come back again and have recommended it already to friends. We especially love the art deco style that was evident everywhere. Thank you for making our anniversary extra special!!
