Staff were friendly. Room, in particular bedroom, needs some clean. 

Staff they are kind and location is amazing. I really love it so next time I will go there again 😊

No hot water in shower , uncomfortable beach chairs ,why no sun loungers like every other hotel on beach . No soap in bathroom . Walls not painted in bathroom. Only stayed 1 night out of 3 moved to c samet beach resort which was considerably better. Room twice the size of room in la lune .

Was a reasonable stay for one night and the breakfast decent range of choice. Room was clean but the only thing which made me concerned was when it came to booking the grand deluxe room It stated sea view room you can only see a little bit just a heads up for anybody staying here. Would stay here again in the future.

Great location on Wongdoen beach, peace and quiet. Room was tidy with essential amenities. Staff at restaurant was very energetic and provide very nice service as I asked for boiled eggs before it's ready, she fasten and well preps more in case guests asked for it.

Nice resort on a fine beach, it's well designed with majority of the rooms facing the swimming pool The only downside may be it is not connected to the drop off point, and there isn't much choice for the breakfast

Breakfast finished at 10am, but I made it at 9am and there is nothing left without any fill up! So disappointed. Room prices also not reasonable with what they have in the room!

I accidentally booked this hotel late at night while urgently trying to find a place to stay. Within 2–3 minutes of confirming the reservation, we realized it was in the wrong area and immediately submitted a cancellation request, followed by a polite email explaining the situation. I fully acknowledge that the mistake was mine and that the booking was marked as nonrefundable due to its last-minute nature. However, given how quickly I contacted the hotel—literally within minutes—I was hoping they might show some understanding and allow a cancellation. We clearly explained that we would not be able to check in or use the reservation at all. Instead, the hotel denied the request outright. No offer of even a partial refund or administrative fee adjustment—just a flat no. I would have gladly accepted a small penalty (1–2%) to cover processing, but keeping the full $80 for a reservation canceled within minutes feels unnecessarily rigid. Customer service is more than following policy—it’s about evaluating context. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. I write this not with anger, but with disappointment. I hope the hotel considers adding just a bit more flexibility in the future for genuine, immediate booking mistakes. I had to rate the hotel to send this review - please do not use the ratings that were provided. We did not stay at the hotel. 

Very nice place. Not too much sunbeds, but tey have service in near bar. Breakfast not so large choose, but very delicious. Pier near not so good because of gasoline.

Very very nice service. All staff are so cute and friendly. Thank you for look after me and my family ! We had a wonderful time there !
