However, because it's on a main road with a 24-hour 7-Eleven and a corner eatery nearby, there's constant noise from people and thumping music late into the night. If you're a light sleeper and your room faces the street, you'll have a hard time getting to sleep."

The staff offered us another room with no sea view, but it was very dirty, smelled strongly of sewage, and had a toilet that didn't flush. It's a shame the rooms need to be better maintained because the location is otherwise very beautiful."

"The hotel is two minutes from a 7/11. But if you're coming to see the island's beauty, it's better to choose a less crowded beach. It's more secluded and the price will be cheaper. We were checked in two hours earlier than expected, so thank you so much! What I didn't understand is that we paid for two nights. But breakfast was only available on the first day. We didn't receive a breakfast voucher for the second day. The breakfast was okay. The room isn't new, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. One downside: there's no shower enclosure. Everything, including the toilet, toilet paper, and so on, is covered in water. The shower hose is short, so it was impossible to rinse off the sand at the beginning of the bathroom (it's brought from the beach into the shower)."

"Traveling with kids and elderly parents, we booked two rooms for two nights. At the time of booking, only deluxe rooms were available, and the price wasn't great. The rooms were arranged in a row of three, quite far inside, and a bit small with poor soundproofing, but they were clean. The hotel has its own pier, and the ferry to and from the island is free. Our luggage went directly to the island's front desk, which was very convenient. We were charged a 200 Thai Baht per person island fee at check-in, but it was refunded at check-out, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff, both at the pier and the hotel, were very friendly and helpful. The hotel breakfast was also plentiful. Next time we visit Koh Samet, we'll definitely book a deluxe cottage closer to the beach."

You have to go to the beach just in time for sunrise, which is a 10-15 minute walk away. It's not particularly pleasant to sit in the evening because of the stuffiness and the local fauna. The air conditioning and plumbing worked perfectly, but it takes time to get used to falling asleep to the constant sound of the surf."

"Ao this hotel was good and not good at the same time. The night desk manager was confused when we came in with booking through trip.com, they had to call their manager to ask how to deal with us. I had to wait for almost 40mins before we were able to get our room. Then they changed me extra for the 3rd person even though the room included 3 breakfast. But trip.com made it right for me. There was so much mosquito in each room. We have to keep asking them to spray the room. Location for this hotel is great. The beach is beautiful and the head bellboy or Beach boy was very helpful."

We also tried the restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the food was good and reasonably priced. In the evenings, there was a fire dance show. The hotel has a private beach with clear water and soft sand, which our kids absolutely loved. You could even see many fish in the sea. The hotel isn't on the main street, so it's about a 35-minute walk, making it quite quiet. I'd recommend renting a scooter. For going out at night, walking along the beach feels safer. Our family had a very relaxing vacation here!"
