"Saya biasanya tidak menulis ulasan buruk atau ulasan apa pun secara umum, tetapi hotel ini benar-benar mengecewakan para tamunya. Kami perlu meminta pembersihan ulang, tetapi saya pikir itu seharusnya menjadi rutinitas pembersihan standar sebelum setiap tamu check-in… Kemudian hal berikutnya, kami membuka kulkas, mencoba memasukkan minuman kami, lalu kami melihat sekantong mangga yang terbuka entah mengapa. Hari kedua: Kami meminta pembersihan kamar saat kami sedang menjelajahi pulau. Kembali dengan bantal-bantal yang dilemparkan ke koper kami??? Saya tidak menemukan alasan yang masuk akal. Pantai: Saya check-in dan hanya ingin bersantai di pantai. Begitu saya melangkah ke pantai, kaki saya tertusuk pecahan kaca. Kemudian saya melihat sekeliling, pecahan kaca ada di mana-mana di pantai. HATI-HATI jika Anda membawa anak-anak Anda ke sana! Singkatnya, kami menyukai pulau ini, sangat tenang, damai, dan indah! Tetapi hotel ini tidak menghormati tamunya. "The location is magnificent and the beach is beautiful, though it can get a bit crowded during peak season (December/January). However, our bungalow was very dirty (cockroaches, centipedes, lizards, etc.). We had to change rooms in the middle of the night after spotting a rat running under our bed. The staff offered us another room with no sea view, but it was very dirty, smelled strongly of sewage, and had a toilet that didn't flush. It's a shame the rooms need to be better maintained because the location is otherwise very beautiful."

"The hotel is two minutes from a 7/11. But if you're coming to see the island's beauty, it's better to choose a less crowded beach. It's more secluded and the price will be cheaper. We were checked in two hours earlier than expected, so thank you so much! What I didn't understand is that we paid for two nights. But breakfast was only available on the first day. We didn't receive a breakfast voucher for the second day. The breakfast was okay. The room isn't new, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. One downside: there's no shower enclosure. Everything, including the toilet, toilet paper, and so on, is covered in water. The shower hose is short, so it was impossible to rinse off the sand at the beginning of the bathroom (it's brought from the beach into the shower)."

"Traveling with kids and elderly parents, we booked two rooms for two nights. At the time of booking, only deluxe rooms were available, and the price wasn't great. The rooms were arranged in a row of three, quite far inside, and a bit small with poor soundproofing, but they were clean. The hotel has its own pier, and the ferry to and from the island is free. Our luggage went directly to the island's front desk, which was very convenient. We were charged a 200 Thai Baht per person island fee at check-in, but it was refunded at check-out, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff, both at the pier and the hotel, were very friendly and helpful. The hotel breakfast was also plentiful. Next time we visit Koh Samet, we'll definitely book a deluxe cottage closer to the beach."

The drinks at the restaurant are also delicious, and you can see many giant clams and fish on the beach right outside. The only downside is that the chlorine in the swimming pool is too strong! My child's body, inner thighs, and neck all broke out in rashes. My child swims frequently, and we've never encountered this at previous hotels. Even my friend developed scattered red rashes after swimming for just half an hour."

"Booked Deluxe Grand Executive room for 131e/night for two people for four nights. COULD NOT GET TWO KEY CARDS FOR THE ROOM, RECEPTIONIST REFUSED THE REQUEST FOR SECOND 20 cent PLASTIC KEY!?!?!? NOT NORMAL SERVICE AND NOT PRACTICAL FOR TWO PEOPLE!!! ALSO THE BUILDING HAS NO ELEVATOR!!! Had to climb to third floor with luggages as bell boy was somewhere....also the actual room is in two levels i.e.: entrance and toilet downstairs, bedroom and living room upstairs. Outside balcony shower and bath tub had no privacy as shower is visible to the courtyard. Stayed 4 nights and 2 days water and electricity interruptions. Beach bar Happy Hour doesnt work traditional way: Ordered Kamikaze and Strawberry Margarita and tacos. Drank the first Buy 1 get 1 Free and ate the tacos. Waited for the second drinks for a while but then waitress brings us bill without asking it. Happy Hour had ended and we didnt get our second drinks but got invoiced for only one THB350 cocktail and tacos, so be aware of the Grand View Happy Hour practices and dont miss the ordering window like we did. 🤭 Daily issues with the restaurant card machine, cant pay with a CC. Clean and modern room, but poor service and not practical room with two levels and stairs."
