Soul Art Hotel

I had a reservation from April 20-22. our trained was delayed and i showed up almost at mid night the hotel is super hard to find and with several bags of luggage lets just say its not a fun search. the building very weird lay out its composed of apartments and hotel rooms. at check in I was told the there was to many of us and the I had to get an additional room after a crazy travel day I agreed. he told me the price and it was double what they had on there own website when i showed him the price on his website he said it was wrong. I was with my mother and it was a tuff day to look for another place to stay so I agreed i was sent to another building was told to talk to the manger in the morning that he would help me with pricing. the next morning i was told i still owed money and the manger was really rude both him and the other receptions kept putting different amounts of what they wanted to charge me. I asked if i could extend until the 23rd but if i could get a special rate he wanted to charge more than the night before. i told them to leave it like that i would look for another place to stay. i checked out the same day found another hotel with way better accommodations a wayyy cheaper. please please do your research! stay somewhere else.

Location: We loved staying near Piazza Carità. It was close to many areas of interest and the metro. It was also extremely lively and walkable. Property: Clean and accommodating. Our flight was delayed and it meant we would miss a night at the hotel. They were super helpful in adjusting our booking. A hassle-free experience. Special thanks to ******* support for helping with this. Overall, had a great time and would stay again.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornarvi dal 17 al 20 di aprile ed è stato piacevole in ogni suo aspetto. Camera molto bella, comoda e governata in modo eccellente. Il posto strategicamente perfetto , praticamente ad un passo da Spaccanapoli, dai quartieri spagnoli, dalle fermate L1 ed L2 delle metropolitane oltre che essere su via Toledo e' inserito in un palazzo antico e presenta nei suoi corridoi, una mostra d'arte che, mi dicono, cambia artista periodicamente. Tutto molto bello , ma ciò che determina in maggior modo e' la gentilezza, cortesia del personale che dimostra amore per quel lavoro e posto e verso chi di quel posto ne necessita i servizi. Hotel très bien situé, en centre ville mais très bien insonorisé. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Personnel très sympathique.

Hotel nuovo, pulito con servizio accogliente ed efficiente. Colazione buona e variegata. Personale cordiale e molto disponibile. Posizione comoda per la visita al centro storico di Napoli. Camere ampie e confortevoli a prezzi interessanti.
