Hotel terbaik yang pernah saya tinggali di Tiongkok sejauh ini! Terletak tepat di samping Stasiun Kereta Api Nanjing dan stasiun metronya. Ambil Pintu Keluar 11 dari stasiun metro Kereta Nanjing dan hotel berada tepat di depannya. Konter check-in terletak di lantai 2 gedung. Pelayanan di meja depan juga bagus! Mereka menyajikan minuman kepada kami saat mereka memeriksa kami. Awalnya kami diberi kamar di lantai 2, tetapi ketika kami masuk, ada bau rokok yang menyengat. Kami segera memberi tahu meja depan, dan mereka segera mengganti kamar kami ke kamar lain di lantai 3. Mereka bahkan membantu membawakan barang bawaan kami ke kamar. Kamarnya besar dan nyaman untuk kami bertiga. Harga hotel ini juga lumayan. Kami kagum dengan kamarnya yang bersih, dan tempat bermain anak-anak di dalam kamar! Playpennya akan menjadi nilai tambah bagi keluarga dengan anak-anak, namun ini adalah tempat berfoto yang bagus bagi kami! TV memiliki fungsi berbagi layar tetapi saya kesulitan menghubungkan ponsel saya ke TV. Koneksi wifi stabil tapi seperti biasa kami hanya bisa menggunakan aplikasi yang disetujui China melalui wifi. Di seberang hotel dan di lantai pertama hotel, terdapat hamparan restoran yang menyediakan berbagai jenis makanan. Ada juga 2 minimarket di sepanjang hamparan restoran. Ruang cuci berada di lantai 3, di samping lift. Tersedia 2 mesin cuci dan 2 pengering, deterjen dan pelembut pakaian juga disediakan. Setrika uap tersedia di ruang cuci. Layanan laundry juga disediakan, Anda dapat mencuci pakaian Anda di mesin cuci sebelum keluar di pagi hari. Ambil buku catatan yang disediakan di samping dan tinggalkan nomor kamar dan jenis layanan cuci yang Anda butuhkan. pembantu rumah akan membantu menyelesaikan pencucian dan pengeringan jika diperlukan. Mereka juga membantu kami melipat pakaian dan meninggalkannya di tas cucian di ruang cuci untuk kami ambil ketika kami kembali pada malam hari. Reached the hotel early and the front desks staff allowed us to check in early once the room was available by several hours. The location is good and convenient, and right outside exit 11 of the metro. There is also a small eatery and a 24 hours convenience store located at the bottom of the hotel. The walk to the Nanjing Railway Station is less than 10 minutes away, the staffs are very friendly and patient when dealing with international tourists, and helped to receive the OTP needed to connect to the hotel's WiFi. Will definitely consider staying in this hotel again and would recommend to my friends when going to Nanjing. -- 提前到达酒店，前台很友好和善良房间住备好了就让我们提前入住。酒店很方便，地铁站11号出口就到酒店门口了，第一楼有小吃馆也有24小时的便利店。走路到南京告跌1也不需要10分钟，真的很方便。由于是国际游客没有国内号，前台耶主动帮我们连网。下次来还会继续住，也会推荐给来到南京的朋友。

Hotel is right outside nanjing station exit 11. The room is clean enough and bed is big and comfy. Enjoyed my stay overall. It is further from the attractions but right beside the train station so it is great for people who have travelled to nanjing via train

The location is very good. it's near the MTR. The breakfast is good too.

Good for catching high speed rail at Nanjing station. Friendly staff at check-in and in breakfast room. Breakfast selections are excellent with local specialities. Located very close to metro station with escalator access, great with suitcases. Easy access to major sights via metro.

The location is far from the city center not have good parking areas and the recreation is not qualified they don’t know how to talk with customer

Location - good, nearby to Nanjing train station, but need to know how to walk to hotel, go to the right exit (i went wrong exit and had to walk on road for approx 15mins). Local train/subway at doorstep. Approx 1 hour to airport by taxi. Easy to get taxi on Didi (walk to main road next to convenience shop, then book taxi) Nearby F&B - has lots of small restaurants, and a Burger King within walking distance. Also has a couple of small convenience shops around. Service - excellent and friendly front desk staff. Gave me a free breakfast upon knowing that i booked room without breakfast :). Upon check in they served a small warm cup of lemon water. Upon check out, they offer a small bottle mineral water. Room - nice layout, sink is outside bathroom and open area. As per other reviews, the cleanliness is acceptable but not 100% (not for OCD people). Amenities - toothbrush, handsoap, body wash, shampoo, etc all available Drink availability - has kettle and some tea leaves to make tea Laundry - free washer and dryer on 3rd floor to DIY your laundry Security - key card entry into hotel floor, has a security on 1st floor. Breakfast - nice small spread of local food. Has also some limited international selection like toast & eggs, and fruits. Has coffee machine and can takeaway coffee. Overall, i would use this hotel for the location and their friendly staff as well as free laundry.

Despite a language barrier (for me) the staff were very kind to help me book an additional night. Atour is always a safe bet for me, and we loved their location in Nanjing. Convenient location as well, right near some convenience stores and eateries. I'll be back on our way out of China, probably!
