Premise a bit old and needs improvement on cleaning. Walk around and do islands day trip as not much to do ..

It is a nice hotel and location, a perfect beach, I would say it is the best among all around; best snorkelling spot, can find Nemo in the sea right in front of the hotel by snorkelling. The setback is the hotel room is kind of run-down, service is not hospital enough, our last experience was very bad, the team unable to pull together to provide a decent smooth check in services; poor coordination, inefficient work order, no sense of urgency to sort things out especially the back of the house failed to deliver clean rooms to check in guest whom has been waited for hours there, many rooms were unable to deliver on the check-in time of 3 pm, we waited till around 2 hours to have our room key. Didn't notice any Manager in charge or Duty Manager around, maybe there is none in this hotel. Very sad the witnessed such poor hospitality service in such a beautiful property. We hope the Management or Owner would look into this and improve it.

Nice resort, located right on Turtle Point where you can see a lot of fish and turtles. It features a really beautiful beach and is conveniently situated for easy access to various locations. The restaurants and food need improvement, but they are not bad. Hotel has a nice transfer service directly from and to airport.

The resort is situated at the best beach 🏝️ with the coral reef 🪸 very close to the shore, but overall looks quite old and not properly maintained. Also not much activities for the night and no alcohol sold in the restaurant, which seemed quite weird as the guests are stuck in the resort during their stay.

Good place with family for vacation. Such a nice view. Food okey. overall ⭐️♥️♥️

In general, we've had excellent time in the PIR. The resort is good, located on a beautiful sandy beach with incredible snorkelling opportunities; the territory is nice and spacious. With that being sad, the hotel should be better maintained - some bed linen and towels are so old they have holes in them, there are barely any sunbeds on the beach, etc. Also, the restaurant's food leaves much to be desired. The spa is, however, rather nice, as well as the dive centre.

The resort is really big and nice but there’s no much choice of foods and the taste is not so good (not that bad)

Amazing beach! You have marine live everywhere! But unfortunately the resort doesn’t take care of the beach properly. They make dinner with balloons and leave the balloons there which is dangerous for animals.

Amazing we could hear clearly sound of wave while sleeping at night If you are lucky you can see monkey and squirrels. They invite me at that time. Clean my room and fresh. Breakfast is good because they deserved local food and fresh omelet. Beach is quiet no one swim there.

The best thing about this resort is its beach! white soft sand and the whole stretch is private beach area. The rooms are okay and in good condition. The food at the restaurant was below average and most of the staffs are new so they are not so resourceful. We enjoyed out stay there. Go for the beachfront rooms as they are really worth it.

Bad service at 1st when check in… room not ready yet after booking @ trip after deduct kredit .. room very poor n a bit dirty ..

Otherwise the location with the private beach, it was horrible : big cockroach, room not clean, not laundry service. For a resort it was so expansif. On more, impossible to cancel the 2nd night.

Hotel with beautiful view. breakfast buffet ok. dinner is ok, a bit pricey. fair enough for island price. Room is big , however we are very upset with room cleanliness. bathroom with stains and bad smell. the bed sheet and pillow case smells very bad (sweat smell) we only notice the bed condition late at night. we decided to take off the bed sheet and pillow case and use blanket as bed sheet. the room need an upgrade.
