Had a pleasant staying experience in Mercure hotel Nanjing Xuan Wu Lake station. Free upgraded my room to a more spacious room. Breakfast buffet is nice. And also the frontline staffs are friendly & helpful. Will definitely consider Mercure Hotel for my China accommodation in the near future.

It’s super new and clean and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I love the 2pm checkout and how modern all the decor is. I’ll definitely be staying here next time.

As the saying goes, a gold medal or a silver medal is not as good as your praise, and a gold or silver cup is not as good as your reputation. The service of the ladies at the front desk is really getting better and better. The self-service washing machine in the hotel can be operated by yourself, just like at your home. Conveniently, our parking lot can accommodate dozens of cars parking at the same time, making transportation very convenient. Looking forward to your visit again.

Service: The front desk lady was very enthusiastic when we checked in. She upgraded us to a superior twin room for free and told us that it was not facing the street. Thank you very much~ Facilities: Complete facilities. The bathroom is very clean and has smart cushions; the TV in the room is very large and has a projection screen, so you can use it to watch programs at night Sanitation: Overall it is pretty good and clean
