Ulasan Royal Court Hotel

10 minutes' walk to bus stops. A bit too far. Breakfast was Okay. extremely small room/bed.

This is my first time in Prague and this is one expensive hotel (but I guess it's like this for all hotels in Prague). Location wise, it's is a walkable 15 minutes to the main train station or the metro station is only a few mintues away. The staff are really helpful. They helped planned my day's sightseeing! There are a few restaurants nearby but most still require about a 5 to 10 minute walk. The room itself is very clean, spacious and come with all the usual amenities. I have some issues with getting hot water for showering on one of the day which was fixed quite promptly but I think the hot water is only satisfactory hot (and not like boiling hot). I stayed during the winter months so the AC in the room don't work. The building is centrally heated and the temperature adjustment is against the wall. It took me two days to figure this out though the temperature in my room was okay (so it doesn't really matter). Overall, my stay has been pleasant and I will likely stay here again next time I'm in Prague (and I will be back. Prague is such a beautiful city). I'm hoping next time I won't need to fork out an arm and a leg to stay here.

Très bien niveau propreté et confort de la chambre. Cependant durant mon séjour il n’y avait ni wifi, ni tv.

Nonostante l’inconveniente della camera non disponibile hanno rimediato con un appartamento molto carino e pulito… ci hanno messo a disposizione un taxi per raggiungerlo anche se era vicino… direi che la soluzione è stata positiva….colazione a buffet varia e abbondante…molto cordiali.

On arrival the reception staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless and comfy, all we needed and more for a room only booking. Comfy bed and pillows! Great WiFi and smart TV, hairdryer powerful shower and plenty of towels. Breakfast available but we chose to eat out. I honestly can't fault the place. I highly recommend The Royal Court for a great place to base when exploring Prague. Walking distance from all the sights and not too far from the airport. Thank you Royal Court we will be back!!

I booked this as part of a city break package with EasyJet. The hotel was easy to find and within reasonable walking distance of the main attractions. The reception staff were friendly and helpful upon check in, had no issues at all. We had a room next to reception, it was clean & suitable for a city break. The rooms maybe need a little freshen up but nothing that affected our stay. The bed/pillows were comfy, clean bedding & rooms were cleaned each day, Various breakfast eateries around the hotel to have breakfast, various shops to get drinks & snacks from. The hotel is a little walk away from some of the main attractions but if you don’t mind walking then don’t let this put you off. It was roughly around a 10 min walk to Wenceslas square & then around another 5-10 mins from there to the astronomical clock. We had no issues at the hotel, it served its purpose for a city break, somewhere to sleep & shower each morning/evening & a good base for our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed Prague and would return to this hotel again.

Lovely place. Nice and clean. Some nice restaurants close by. Decent breakfast for €8. a little walk into town but some nice cafes on way for a coffee and a BLT croissant . friendly and helpful staff. Especially ALI. Thank you ALI 👍. Green garden restaurant near by was a nice place and food was excellent. plenty of little supermarkets around. Go the other direction heading away from town direction you will find a Billa supermarket that the locals use that has most things u could want

Lovely friendly, helpful staff. Hotel itself is lovely and clean though the location could of been a bit more central for us as good 10 min walk to get to the start of the town. We received tea, coffee etc on the 1st day then they weren't replenished for the rest of our 4 night stay. Room we stayed in was very compact though done us as not in room much, but could do with more hanging space or some shelves at least as we had to live out of suitcase as no where to put anything. Towels could do with being replaced before 3 days in to stay.

Came as a group of 10 of several room booking all booked separately. After dropping off our luggage going out for food and returning to check in we were then told that we needed to pay €50 PER PERSON. Due to the fact we were a group booking in the event of any damages made which absolutely would not have amounted to more than €20 considering the amenities provided. After a 20 minute back and forth the receptionist came to understand we were not 18 but in fact all working professionals on a group trip. On top of this a crucial piece of information needed is if you need clean towels you need to pay an extra €5 otherwise are stuck with the same towels for your entire stay. The rooms were clean simple and had air con which was a huge blessing the time of year we stayed. Considering the distance from the centre and the inconsistent rules. As well as the threat of being fined for about €10 worth of damage. I definitely won’t be staying again

Royal court hotel was a cosy room. It was spacious enough in the main room, including the bathroom. Staff were very helpful and the rooms were clean. Air conditioner turned on by itself over night a couple of times, not sure if there was a timer on or because the buildings are just ancient. It was about a 20 minute walk to Prague square so if you’re like me and don’t mind walking then it’s fine, otherwise it is a bit far.

Terrible . We checked in and checked back out within 2 hours . The beds were not even beds . A piece of hardboard . Absolutely horrendous. Threadbare carpets too . Had to pay to check into a different hotel . Really disappointed
