Ulasan Angkor Rithy Boutiques

I booked family room with 3 queen beds. ( the room is the same as picture) The environment is not clean mostly saw the cigarettes on the floor and spider web. The bathroom door can see people inside clearly. The TV there is no signal so can’t watch. Broken fridge, bedsheet all dusty and stain. Bathtub is so slippery. No breakfast for us for the first days after complain, on the last day they made omelet bread and sausage for us. For pool is not clean and didn’t turn on the water electric power for us to swim. The owner and staff are not friendly and only a lady standby there with not good looking outfit. No elevator just stair. When I reach here there are the same hotel name nearby and the first residence one they didn’t open for the guest and we need to stay at the 2nd boutique ( the location is so difficult to find ). I booked the residence but they let us stay in boutique. So disappointed!! The price also high, I can find better hotel or resident or guesthouse in the same price.

unfortunately could not stay at the hotel booked, due to the cancellation of our flights. the hotel did not refund our money. not happy for them to state free cancellation and then not refund.

Me and my partner stayed for a night to visit the angkor wat. We arrived a midday and the room wasn't ready but they offered us to take us to see the sunset by tuc tuc with Mr bond from the temple, a really good driver and with a massive heart. The following day he also took us to see the sunrise and left us at the hotel around midday to have a little rest and have a check out at 2.30, we then were able to leave our bags there until we took the sleeping bus. The host also let us take their bikes to have a wonder around the centre which is just 10 min away. I would recommend to everyone and will definitely repeat. Rooms are big and nice. Very quite at night with a bit of a jungle noise from little animals, like this cute lizard.

We booked and paid for the triple deluxe room but were given a double deluxe room. The room was fine but really you should get what you pay for. The bath is huge but would take literally hours to fill (not eco) and then is not comfortable while the balcony was tiny and awkward. To say the room slept four you could only get two on the balcony is not good. The room was fairly clean though windows and glass doors were filthy. The staff/owners are really nice and helpful yet sometimes there was nobody around at all. Overall an OK stay but must say I expected more from the photos/description beforehand.

It was a short stay but they are super friendly and they had so much to offer and what a great room wow thanks.

Overall is good. Nice décor! Friendly staff! Clean! Located In the SiemReap city. But only for 1 car parking available.

繁華街へはトゥクトゥクで5分ほどの距離にあり、アンコールクッキーストアも近いため立地としてはとても良いと思います。ただ、いわゆる裏道に立地しているため、夜間の一人歩きなどはおすすめできません。 スタッフの対応はとても親切で満足しています。

Я не понимаю, кто пишет положительные отзывы про этот отель и его управляющего!!! Приехали в отель в 5 часов вечера, бронировали номер с балконом, но там, якобы были проблемы с туалетом и нам предложили переночевать 1 ночь в номере на 1 этаже без окон, но зато с бассейном. Было сыро, грязно и ночью кричали гекконы (на фото всё есть). Управляющий предложил в день заезда самостоятельно перенести вещи в наш будущий номер, т.к на следующий день у нас была забронирована экскурсия на весь день. Мы согласились, но попросили перенести ценные вещи из текущего номера в будущий самостоятельно, на что получили отказ, ни чем не мотивированный. В номере не работал туалет, но туда нельзя перенести вещи из сейфа... Делаем выводы, господа - наш номер просто сдали другим людям, другого варианта нет. Завтраки просто ужасные, я хочу посмотреть на людей, которые их так нахваливали. Не тратьте деньги и свои нервы, друзья. Переехали в Siem reap palace - отель 5+ во всём.

Super schönes Hotel. Mein Zimmer hatte eine riesen Badewanne. Alle waren sehr freundlich.

Un accueil très chaleureux, pleins de bons conseils et un emplacement idéal. Proche de la ville et au calme en même temps. La piscine est un bon plus pour se détendre après une longue journée. Location de scooters directement géré avec le propriétaire et à un prix très correct. A réserver sans hésitations!! Je conseil
