My wife and I are trying our best to have children but it has been very challenging. We needed a place close the hospital and decided to try Qingmu hotel because it was conveniently located and looked comfortable from the outside and had mostly positive reviews on trip.com. As a foreigner who speaks very little mandarin I was concerned about communication with the hotel staff. But I was pleasantly surprised with how efficiently they handled this problem. We were able to chat with help of WeChat and google translate. They also knew more English than I thought they would. Soon we were very friendly and found a productive way to communicate my needs and get the best room possible. They also helped with our travel bags and provided water and a snack. I felt very happy and comfortable with their services and they made this feel like a home more than a hotel stay. The room was very inviting and smelled freshly cleaned. The bed was very comfortable and my wife has had back pain but said that the bed was perfect for her. It was nice that they were able to store our medication in a temperature controlled fridge while we continued to work towards conception. We had a wonderful view of the city and the bathroom had essentials to aid in freshening up between sessions. The shower had hot water and a removable head and could fit two people. We had access to a microwave oven to warm our lunch and a laundry center to catch up on our travel clothing cleaning needs. The hotel is located close to the subway and is surrounded by many restaurants and other forms of entertainment. Staying here during the Chinese New Year you could feel the festivities all around you, with brightly colored decorations and music. The hotel was also pleasantly decorated with flowers in our rooms as well as in the lobby. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great stay, for an even better price, my wife and I will definitely return here. I attached some photos of my stay below.

This hotel is located in an area where you can easily access metro and buses. Room is Clean. Restaurants are nearby.

the location is great but the hotel service and facilities weren't so good because for additional mineral water we got to pay more. also, the reception wasn't so familiar with my booking

第一次出差住到這樣的房間，純屬是點錯名字，住進來才發現地址選錯了，就將就着住下來了，垃圾的不行 第一：第一天晚上房間是定的有窗户的，然後油煙味大的我睡不着，到樓下找前台換房間，跟我説都滿了，現在只有小房間了，我説小一點沒事，房間油煙大的我睡不着，説了半天還是沒給我換，就這樣蒙著頭睡了一夜 第二：第二天重新訂了房間，沒有窗户沒有油煙味了，奇葩的來了，空調開製冷的話會一直轟轟響，而且空調很臟，忘記拍照了 第三：酒店的拖鞋是這麼硬的老式拖鞋，穿的腳疼，衹能光腳洗澡，又沒有防滑墊，房間都不放一次性拖鞋的，還打電話叫前台送來的，衹能穿着一次性拖鞋洗澡 第四：顛覆了我對酒店的早餐認知，就是一個水煮蛋兩個麪包一袋豆漿，這麼垃圾的嗎？？？？水煮蛋還是沒煮熟，服了… 第五：不要官方回覆我這些，你們不在意一條這個差評，我也無所謂，只是客觀評價一下，以後出差來南京會避雷此家，也會跟同事分享者家的住宿體驗，小心避雷

酒店位置很好，地鐵公交出行都很方便。 房間寬敞，佈置很温馨，衞生做的也挺到位。 前台服務態度很好，提前定好，入住特別方便。 周邊吃飯、停車都很方便，贊一個

房間介紹是1米5的雙人床，單人間，可住兩人，可是實際床就只有1米35左右，我和朋友兩個人是到入住日期的晚上入住的，我看到床以後，找前台，前台説介紹頁寫了部分房型隨機的，結果翻了一圈都沒找到前台説的這幾個字，前台又説，他們跟攜程説過，攜程沒有放到app上！説要不給我們退房，要不我和朋友就將就一晚。國慶期間，讓我晚上退房，去哪裡找賓館？最後不得已和朋友將就了一晚！

房間非常好，沒有攝像頭，乾淨整潔，空間大，跟南京其他門店相比大了很多，整體的基礎設施也非常完善，就是沒有智能助手，不過瑕不掩瑜，非常喜歡這家，還免費給我們升級了大床房

房間很驚喜，很大，也很乾凈，設施齊全。服務人員很熱情，還有免費早餐。尤其是飲用水和廁紙管夠用，打掃衞生的大姐人特別好。 地理位置尤其稱讚，出地鐵走路幾分鐘就到了，很好找。酒店對面就是公交車站點，在南京的上海路站，附近有三家醫院。距離南京新街口秦淮河、老門東、夫子廟等著名景點就兩站地，非常方便。 賓館門口有葯店、小超市、沙縣小吃、川菜、料理、燒烤、水果店等，比大主街住的方便，側面還有著名的南京淮揚菜館小廚娘。地鐵店還有一家燉小白魚湯麪館，特別好吃！ 總之第一次到南京推薦這家賓館，南京也值得推薦去遊玩。南京的鴨子和糕點都很好吃，淮揚菜也精緻美味，農貿市場價格實惠。非常好的一次體驗！

酒店的整體感覺非常不錯，房間乾淨整潔，設施也很完善。員工服務熱情周到。。酒店周邊吃飯和出行都很方便。推薦～

房間乾淨整潔，辦理入住時前台小姐姐態度很好，酒店的保安叔叔主動幫我拿行李，因本人行李真的很多，真的覺得叔叔人很好，早上有前台小哥哥提醒退房，嗓音温柔，阿姨看到我退房了艱難推行時很主動的幫我拿行李到電梯口，真的服務態度非常好，也可以免費寄存行李，酒店入職體驗很好，值得擁有。附上行李圖 ，已經坐上車了，下次還住清沐❤️❤️❤️💗💓❣️

酒店位置還可以，很好找，周圍商鋪很全，估計是個老店，設備比較陳舊，但是服務還挺好的，整體感覺不錯的。
