Hotel is in a good location and convenient to get to everywhere. Unfortunately, the service at the hotel is terrible. We asked for slipper because that’s only one pair in the room it took three phone calls and over 40 minutes to arrive. Not helpful with local information overall, the impression of the hotel staff is not very good. If I do visit again definitely will try another hotel.

The hotel is one of my favourites in Brussels. It’s located in the beautiful Sablon area, and it’s just a short walk to the museums.

Reception had not recognized my reservation, and they just denied my entrence, because they were not able to find my reservation. But I exactly Booked in Trip.com and paid already, and even I received the confirmation letter from this hotel and shown them. But they kept saying that couldn't find any reservation fir me. So I had to wait more than 1 hour and call to Trip.com, and after that they allow my enterence. I still feel so bad, horrible and serious racial discrimination for from the reception. (It was Evening time18th. Aug.2022)

在酒店住了四天，酒店的洗手間很乾凈，淋浴水很大熱水很舒服，床睡的很舒服，美中不足的是木地板有點舊，穿着拖鞋感覺有點黏，酒店的位置非常方便，去美術館，皇宮，公園，大廣場等知名景點步行幾分鐘到十幾分鍾就可抵達，從中央車站出來步行幾百米就可抵達酒店，旁邊吃飯的地方也很多，晚上很安靜，總之居住體驗還不錯

地點好，早餐也不錯，總體感覺還好吧。我是訂的6樓的房間，是那種算是便宜的吧，其實就是老式閣樓改造的。透過這個老虎窗可以看到旁邊的天主教堂的尖頂，早晨8點開始能聽到教堂的鐘聲，也算是意外之喜吧。

提示：圖片中有噁心畫面！慎點！ 酒店的位置確實很棒，早餐也不錯，預訂了兩間/一晚，但當晚的馬桶時不時就咕嚕咕嚕的異響，第二天上午出門逛街回酒店後更是發現兩個房間的馬桶全都在往外溢，整個衞生間地面流滿了噁心的湯湯水水，整個房間被惡臭瀰漫。服了！體驗感極差！

房間是到歐洲幾天以來最大的，乾淨舒適，設施完善，離中央車站走路約十分鐘，公交站就在旁邊，皇家美術館就在附近。推薦！

NH是歐洲的大連鎖了，深受差旅人士的喜愛 這裏位置優越，距離很多著名景點走路都可以到。 看得出來，酒店的位置在比利時算是比較安全的，早餐也不錯👍 這裏距離midi火車站打車10分鐘就到，非常方便

位置真不錯，門口有很大一個停車場，自駕的我們特別方便，去大廣場就2—3分鐘，估計走路也就10幾分鐘。
